Oh it is exactly what I need! Thank you for the explaining. I am a beginner of tradbow and I get a painful elbow of its upper side. I thought it was because I slightly bent my bow arm but now I realize that the reason should be my over-stressed grip. Thanks a lot.
I shoot a 105lb Hoyt made with custom limbs. I literally won't even talk to anyone who shoots less than 80lb. Get stronger.
this is great, thanks
How many time in week i can praktice like this ?
Hi can you do follow along workout for archery?
My bow arm is always bent when I start pull the string. Any solution?
I’m a competitive archer and these tips really help me a lot thank you
Thank you.

How many reps and set should I perform in each circuit?
Thanks again, Christian! I happen to it started doing hangs again just last week and hadn’t noticed your video until today. The level one hangs for me, as you well know, my limited range of motion, are great! Every morning, before shooting, and then often in the evenings, when I remember. Very cool!
I start every workout with 4 30 seconds dead hangs and end with 2.
I love hangs. I do dead hangs for a minute at the end of my workouts
What do you do when your biceps tendon is inflamed when drawing in your bow shoulder? Then never goes away. Only thing that helps is a cortisone shot but then it comes back after shooting. Going to give up archery most likely unless i can figure it out because its getting in the way of my surfing now : (
Glad I discovered your content. I'm basically in-between weeks 2 & 3. Getting ready for late Summer bow season in SE Florida. 👍
nice greetings. I have a problem with swelling and hardening of the fingers on the hand I use to shoot arrows. even my wounds are forming. I use a glove, of course. I shoot around 50lbs bows (traditional), I would like to improve my bow strength but my fingers are hurting. do you have any advice? thanks in advance.
Show off
Very good advice! Thats exactly why I stay with my 68 pounds. More than enough
Weakling
@@gandalf2256 if you say so..... But I am not a show-off
@tjblackforest69 running a man's draw weight isn't about showing off, it's about performance.
How do face with Target Panic??
A good exercise, but in this position you are strengthening the bowarm in the wrong vertical direction. The vertical stabilization happens always by adding tension to your backside, because you are pulling and pushing outside. The strength must be build when we think of a standing positition to the directions up, back and towards the target. Your training position has benefits for the directions up, front and towards the target. So we need another exercise for pushing to the backside of our body.
Nice job.
Genius. I will definitely use this.
How can you relieve the pain when you encounter it?
What is the tool you are using?
Smh

Большое спасибо за ваше видео. Вы очень помогли мне с разминкой, и на тренировке стало легче)
Thanks for the video! One question. How many reps per side should we do? 10 each side for one set for 3sets for starters?
Hi love watching the videos ,I have a question I had problems with tennis elbow a yr ago but have noticed that now my forearm is shaking while shooting do you have any exercises that can help many thanks
I started to practice kyudo and I find your exercises very helpful. Thank you!
Thank you for this man. I've had a lot of pain in my grip arm in my shoulder joint. Hopefully this starts to make a difference.
Thanks. I see a lot of archers that move a lot with their upper body, and as a trainer, it pains my own spine to see those movements. This test will definitely help to test if they draw a too heave bow.
I’m interested in the draw exercise tool that you were using. Can you provide information on where to purchase one?
I believe it's the MD50 gear shot saver ah the guy responds to some else asking the same thing, MD50 gear shot saver is correct
Hi Christian. LOVE the video! Quick question on the row: Can you pull the weight into the arm pit? Almost like you are trying to draw your bow?
For children under 12 - what tension of band would you recommend or is is better to do with just body weight? Thank you for taking the time to make such an informative video - exactly what I've been searching for! Since my kiddos are starting so young, I'm hoping to help them care for their bodies so that they may be lifelong archers.
Bro how can i stylized beo without adding weights??? ❤
Thanks for you all videos and you efforts ❤ love from india 🇮🇳 keep doing it
Thanks bro ❤
What weight should be used for this exercise. If I‘m pulling a 60lb bow, do I need a 60lb weight or something different?
What do you recommend for weight? Should you use your draw weight?
Brilliant! Both my 12 yr old son and are going to start on your tuition.
I'm south east asian, and have small body frame. I started shooting barebow about 6 months ago, but I have issue with strength and stability. I even strugle to maintain stability with my 32 pound bow. I can't reduce the draw weight because if I pick a bow lower than 30 pounds, it would be hard to hit the target at 50 meters of distance. So the choice is to improve my strength and stability. Couple days ago, I found your videos about physical training to improve strength and stability. I'd like to try it. I hope it will help my issue.
Me too
Great tips. I suffer with arthritis in some joints and assumed my elbow pain was down to that. After you pointed out the common pain areas, I realised its tendon pain. Off to dig out the kettle bells. Thanks a million 👍
You are doing good work brother keep doing it you will get whatever you want thanks for your video your video is really really helpful for me ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
Why is it very important to have the body be at around 45 degrees, and not in-line? I would have thought that it would be better to be in-line, since we're in-line when shooting. Second, you say we can use concept of overreaching, and so should I try to use more weight than my draw weight on my bow?
BTW, circle with Dumbell or kettlebell is dangerous, it should be done from the full Plank cross position, easier to do, could be done by everyone, also with the past trauma recovery.
I remember a similar exercise you posted years ago but it was done in a side plank position rather than lying on a bench. That was a great exercise. Looking forward to trying this one in the gym
It's a modification from the Turkish Getup, used in all sports, especially in martial arts, wrestling and climbing.. 😊
