I agree on this form. I was practicing on the form that Chris Bee was teaching and it was killing my elbow. I’m 60 and this feels so much better and easier! Thanks for sharing
I'm really glad this was helpful for you!
Keep going. Your accent very clearly. I love it
Feel like you made this video for me 🥹! Thanks for posting!
You're welcome! I'm glad you found it helpful.
I’m interested in the draw exercise tool that you were using. Can you provide information on where to purchase one?
I believe it's the MD50 gear shot saver
ah the guy responds to some else asking the same thing, MD50 gear shot saver is correct
My problem it seems is even keeping my elbow up or slightly angled..my bicep is engaged causing discomfort/pain after so many shots in my front shoulder/upper bicep tendon. Which sucks because I love shooting. Shooting low weight and it’s not hard to draw but I’m brand new to archery
Thank you. Where can I find that training band?
Also curious where the training band is from?
Also looking, looks perfect for archery specific things
You're welcome! MD-50 Gear Shot Saver
Hello. What I do is rotating the elbow all way around towards my back but I don't see or feel my scapula moving that much. Why?
Hello, rotating the elbow around towards your back is good. The goal is to get the shoulder blade to move with it as well. One does not guarantee the other. Typically if you focus on squeezing the shoulder blade back, the elbow will follow. If you only focus on moving the elbow, the shoulder blade does not always follow. I would recommend practicing the shoulder blade movement with a light band.
