Whatever the opposite of “force multiplier” is, that’s drinking.

Great video Nate! Still have 10lbs to loose but I'm not giving up on the workouts and sobriety! Life is so good sober! ❤

Day 351 here - checking in to see what the topic of the day was. This series really helped me start to stop. Thought I could do 'moderation' last November but even after just one shot, I knew this was not something I wanted to moderate. The list of positive benefits of just keeping it out of the body outweigh the immediate return of a short buzz. Saved a ton of money, relationships are all better, doing better work, and will be competing in a kettlebell sport competition next month!

I found out I had anger management issues through getting sober and that played heavily into the drinking. So its been a focus to improve. It all fits together just have identify the issues and do the work.

I’m much more “even keeled” since I’ve been sober.
