I stopped drinking two years ago today to "take a break" from alcohol. Two years into my "break" and it is obvious how much better life is without drinking. Thanks again for your commitment to these videos.

Once I made my mind up that alcohol was poisoning me, quitting wasn’t difficult at all. Just had to view it for what it is; reality finally dawned on me.

"We are one." Don't apologize for that, Nate. It's what our deepest thinkers say about the nature of reality.

    Recover, relapse, rinse, repeat.
Thanks for the knowledge and encouragement to finally quit for good...
Probably the hardest thing I've ever done in life. Quitting psych meds was hell, but this is much more difficult...
Kudos to you big dawg, thank you.
    God bless brotha.

Hi Nate. I am very greatful for the time and effort that you volunteer to create the videos. Very helpful to me. I don’t know if you remember me, but I the RUclips algorithms sent me your way on the first week of your channel. You and your videos are one of the the big contributors to the successes I have had. I have had setbacks, but I have had greater successes this this year than than any year in the last 20 years. Thank you very much. Day 20 today and feeling GREAT.

My wife is the artist. She loves to paint. I surprised her with an art studio in the shop I built. That's where I film a lot of my videos.

I'll say I got alot of encouragement from people close to me. Alot of help as well. My lifestyle
change to get sober affected them as well. But like myself, they love the results.
