Hi, Thanks so much for watching. So much time has elapsed from the initial posting of this video. Therefore, I’ve tried to answer some of the most frequently asked questions below.

Frequently asked Questions
Did I hide the cords?
- Yes, I purchased a cord cover shortly after filming this video.
Do I use the heating element:
- Still no, I purchased for the ambiance. Also, given the size of the room, there’s a possibility that it would not heat the entire room. I read the Amazon reviews before purchasing this for myself and was well aware of that.
-Does the noise bother me?
No, it does not. Also, thank you to the commenter who explained that the noise is the motor for the lights.
What about your tv?
The instructions detail the recommended distance from other electronics. I am not a professional . I have sense removed the tv from this wall and replaced it with art.
Opinion:
It’s too high
- Do what you want. Lol. I’ve repositioned mine at least 3 times. It’s much lower now and again no tv above it.
I hope this video made setup a little easier for those of you who have purchased this model.
But again, I am not a professional, please read the manual.

That turning you hear their is a rotisery inside that some cheap plastic shiny stuff is connected too all the way down i just had to fix mine it was not connected to back wall but yes thats what you heard if u opened up the back u would see that rotisery it goes around slowly

The turning sound is the flame effect. All the electric fireplaces I’ve had make the same sound, it is annoying. It turns a wheel to animate the flames. Enjoy!

Hello. No, the wires are behind the vase. I purchased cord covers from Amazon to conceal them as well. I put those on the wall after recording the video.

Any LONG TERM problems with the tv that the heater is underneath it??
The slight churning is the internal light roller going round and round to create the flame effect, not a fault. Just apart of the fireplace

Hi! Target maybe 6 or 7 years ago but I’ve also seen it in Ross.
i just bought 2 of these. one for the bedroom and one for the living room. how do i put the crystals inside
she45namify I put this up twice. The first time I think I left a small opening at the top of the cover and dropped the crystals inside. The second time around I placed the crystals inside and then carefully put the cover back on.
lol im literally working on it right now. i guess my only option is to take the back off to open it up
she45namify You’ll love it once you get those crystals in there. I think I may have broken a sweat the first time around.
i just figured out how to get them in there!! its easy once you remove the white screws and unhook the front

May I ask what was the outcome of the noise issue I’m looking to do the same I just want it for the look would and don’t want the heat but don’t wanna deal with the noise would u suggest purchasing the one with no heater option even tho it’s more expensive or get the heated on and just don’t use that function..is the heater function what’s making the noise
Life Liveitup The noise doesn’t bother me anymore to be honest. It’s still there. It’s the mechanism from the flames I believe. Another commenter pointed that out. I have mine up for aesthetic purposes and I love it.

I personally do not use the heat feature on the fireplace, I purchased it mainly for aesthetics.

Hey, I do not use mine for the heating function but yes it can depending on the distance from the tv. I believe the company has the recommended distance listed in their product description.

How does it heat your space?
I do not use the heat function. However, from what I gathered from reviews online, this fireplace does not emit enough heat for large spaces.
Thats the moter to turn the bar for the lights hahahaha thats NORMAL hahaha

Yes, it still works. I use it more for aesthetics and not the heat function.

Thank you. I ended up purchasing some cord covers soon after. I’ve since removed the tv from the wall and took a good chunk of paint off the wall when I removed the cord covers

The front panel is removable. I believe I laid the crystals along the inside of the fireplace and secured the front panel in place.
Did you find out how to connect it to bluetooth
I have not tried to connect it to Bluetooth.
How do I connect it to Bluetooth?
How much does it raise your electric bill
I haven't noticed a difference in my electric bill but I don't turn the fireplace on daily.

It's pretty. I would like to purchase this exact fireplace but am skeptical because of the noise you said you heard. Is it still an issue?
Ms. C Hi and thank you! The fireplace is beautiful and brings a nice ambiance to the room which is what I was looking for. It still makes the noise but honestly it doesn’t bother me anymore. I usually have the tv going or music playing.

I just received my heater, plugged it in installed new batteries, remote don't work. What da hell.

LM77 1968 if only there was a way to change the colors on the heater itself! You can do everything but that! I’d email whoever you bought it from and have them send you a new remote, you need it or you’ll be stuck on the red color.
I hate that the heat comes out the top . This goes under the TV . Why would I want heat blowing on my electronics ???
The instructions detail how far apart elections should be from the top. You can also purchase a version where the heat comes from the front.
What size TV you have so I know what size fireplace I should get ?
