No doubt an excellent product, I know, I bought one unboxed it this morning. Two practical issues. (1) the plug…there are no instructions or ideas to have the plug and cord hidden when fireplace is hung or inserted and (2) the air intakes on the fireplace are BEHIND the fireplace front ON TOP of the fireplace box and to insert the fireplace is to block the air intake, that is very impractical and seriously limits the function of free flowing heated air. Always keep in mind that sometimes aesthetically pleasing photos don’t and or can’t square with reality.
