For 1.6cr this is totally garbage my flat is worth 1.7cr 1bhk with carpet of 610 in andheri west in good area compare to DN nagar 1.6cr for this is just garbage

It is a small place. You need to manage the space very well. From my point of view it is not done properly. Sofas are not necessary in a small home. There is no storage for the kitchen. The layout is good. If done in the proper way this can work out very well. You should not spend too much money on the interior. Instead spend money on space saving furniture.
Why people are investing money in Mumbai. Even Mumbai has lot of problems😂😂 1) Traffic 2) Water logging 3) Air pollution 4) Food quality . 5 ) Climate. Mumbai will become Ghost city sooner.
