Beautiful aesthetics and tastefully done interiors. Cosy pad for a bachelor or a small family. 3 cr isn’t a bad price either for a 2 bhk in Andheri. But the high point of the video were those two beautiful cats. ❤❤❤

You are right 3Cr isn't bad, its the worst. Starting from Parking, he said kahin bhi park kar do, thats a first dispute people have. Secondly, the third class lifts. Next the area of the house - its just too small. Forth point - the washroom 1 which is just fit for half a person. Let me tell you by my personal experience - these aesthetics and the decorations done are just a matter of 3-4 lakhs maximum, if you have a little knowledge about the construction and the material. This is the worst deal ever.

Very well presented, the camera shots were class. One of the best flat i have seen so far. Well done up and the outside view is good too. Based on the 2nd floor makes it easy to commute up and down incase lifts are not working. The Cats too were well behaved and classy :)

A flat (which is of 3cr worth) without a Parking is not desirable. Its better to take a flat in a new building where each flat has a dedicated parking. Then home decor can be done at this level. Another thing is the location, to be double checked for Mosquito.

Brother 20-25 lakh ka koi kharcha nahi hai, ye sab jo ye keh raha hai deewar se plug points nikaale hain and false ceiling aur ye hanging lights vagerah, ye sab maximum 3-4 lakhs vo bhi main bade apartment k according bol raha hun. Ye toh enter krte hi khatam ho raha hai. I am telling you by my personal experience!
