As someone who has "studied" interior design, I believe that a board is necessary to accredit interior designers since more and more people are claiming to be professionals in the field.
So agree with this! Suddenly every celebrity who is not into acting is a certified interior designer!
Art is that which can't be taught. One can study designing and still suck at it while someone can be an artist enough without taking any formal education in the field. That's what makes Artists special.
Anyway, yeah! You may not light Gauri Khan's work a lot but you're so wrong about needing a "board to accredit Interior designers" lol. That's so illogical and simply a crime for artists out there.

Yes! A builder can be an extremely talented interior designer by their talent, that however does not mean that all builders are interior designers! It's like my Father is gifted with the ability to draw portraits of people without a formal education in arts or anything, he studied medicine. He is an artist without any formal education in that field, that however doesn't mean all medical students can call themselves artists. I hope that answered your question.
@@b-6870 but then at least don't go around telling people that you're an architect or an artist when by profession you're a builder or a doctor... It is very disrespectful to those who actually study this intensive field and then find out it doesn't matter that much in the real world since any tom dick harry builder can come up and call himself an architect, specially whe being an architect needs to be licensed by the authority COA i.e., Council of Architecture.
Some people think that interior design means too much gorgeous design and lots of furnitures. Even I have seen some house where they had so many furniture that people can hardly walk at the middle.
I really liked how Ananya's home is so simple and calm. I feel so peaceful even while watching this

Nice!! The colors are easy on eyes and not overdone at all, the lighting in the rooms makes it look peaceful. She's got some curious collection of popular books, I do hope she reads them.

Firstly, I want to steal her beautiful dress! How pretty is that! And she looks very cute in that. Coming to the house, I absolutely love the door and the entryway. It is not too girly but it's very Ananya. The living room is very calming, pleasant and beautiful. Loved the wallpaper and sofa. Overall, the house is not overcrowded with too many elements. It's soothing on the eyes, pleasant and it must be very relaxing.

House looked and felt so cozy and beautiful. Lightings were great , sofa , wallpaper , curtains basically everything. And Ananya looked so pretty here.

Gauri is much more than an actor’s wife. She has a personality of her own. She is intelligent, carries herself well, speaks well and has a keen eye for detail. I did not have the slightest clue about her life until I watched “The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives” on Netflix. Good job on Ananya’s abode. The sofas look super comfy but am sure a lot difficult to maintain.

The design speaks that it's an young, modern girl's aprtmemt..Also it's very grounded and warm at the same time.
The Lofty part of it is so well blended with mature tones, artsy pieces and fabrics...the choice of fabrics is giving it an extra level of sanity...
It's my kinda house! Cute, girly aesthetic but nothing overdone or overtly expressed...also it has the mature and humble side to it which is making it truly homely and livable..
And yeah... natural light is super important.

The only actress whose house i would deem PERFECT would be Jhanvi Kapoors family home. There is just so much wood work and warmth to it, reason being that her family actually has lived in it unlike Ananyas place that i doubt she even sleeps in. Seen many other home designs of Gauri Khan and they’re all absolutely terrible. For some reason she completely omits Indian designs and even a slight bit of maximalism. I wonder if The Mannat looks this bare and modern on the inside unlike the old bollywood I imagined it to be…

Props to the ghost designers and vendors and young unpaid interns who have made this possible. But the palette is too monchromatic and will be outdated in a few years, causing industrial waste. Also, too cluttered thinking she'd have house parties and it'd be difficult to move around. Hopefully, the furniture is stain free.
