I just love how other muscians are always the worst crowd possible. They do apreciate what you do on stage the most and show it the least 😅
Yes that has always been the way but as a simple Stage hand I never understood it. I di lights for a Battle of The Bands show and the club was entirely full of other bands. It was the most quietest show I ever witnessed.
When my band goes to support other local bands, we try to be the most supportive that we can. We'll stay to watch everyone play and stand up close to the stage for the whole set 🙌🏻
Politeness comes with being truly appreciative.
It’s partly because musicians don’t take compliments well from other musicians. If I do compliment a musician, I try not to be too specific or else I notice they can be defensive
It's like jazz, you show the musician respect while they are performing. Also, there are so many nuances going on that you don't want to miss anything. It's the same thing at a Polyphia concert.

One of my favorite songs from one of my favorite guitarrists, what a deserved acheivement for you doing a tour and weekly songs! I remembered the first video from you was the creeping death cover, since then i saw the amazing voice and guitar technique, this inspired me to get just as good as you, thanks Bernth!

I only found out about Bernth a few days ago, but I will be in Utrecht in March. Any chance you will return to Utrecht then? I am a 56 year old American, autistic woman. Bernth is about the only musician I would find worth seeing live. ❤
