    Swivel or ankle is best, you shouldn't need to use either tho below 180, full leg should be optimal really

      @@harrybonedrums Ha fairs just when your practising make sure your hitting hard not like 40% cause that can confuse your muscles when you really need to apply it from what i've seen

    Honestly, at these tempos you're nowhere near needing stuff like swivel technique. Also I don't think speed is the direction you should be going in right now. I'd really focus on precision, since your timing goes way off when speeding up. No need to hurry!

      i realised this today lol. never focused on kick speed beyond 130bpm so learning as I go. will upload another video showing my no.1 mistake. thanks for your comment and support 🍌 keeeeep drumming! 🥁

    Try ankle technique
