@@harrybonedrums Ha fairs just when your practising make sure your hitting hard not like 40% cause that can confuse your muscles when you really need to apply it from what i've seen
Honestly, at these tempos you're nowhere near needing stuff like swivel technique. Also I don't think speed is the direction you should be going in right now. I'd really focus on precision, since your timing goes way off when speeding up. No need to hurry!
i realised this today lol. never focused on kick speed beyond 130bpm so learning as I go. will upload another video showing my no.1 mistake. thanks for your comment and support 🍌 keeeeep drumming! 🥁
Swivel or ankle is best, you shouldn't need to use either tho below 180, full leg should be optimal really
@@horner1641 hey there! i will bear that in mind for when I start to play rock/metal music or use a double-pedal 🥁 thanks for your input 🙏

Try ankle technique
yes! I have started to use ankle technique. all coming up in pt. 5 🙌
Can it be that you're drinking too much coffee? 😂 But all joking aside: I enjoyed your kinda fast paced video a lot and I'm not even a drummer! 👍
@@AndyMangele to be fair, I do need to cut down 😅 and thank you! there will be more parts ahead so maybe see you around 🙏
