{1056} 12V SMPS power supply repair, NO OUTPUT

In this video number {1056} 12V power supply repair, NO OUTPUT. I explained how to repair this 12 volt 10 ampere power supply, it is using UC3842 ic. i found short circuit on VCC pin number 7. after replacing ic the SMPS started working normally
