My first intro to KZ was a set of KZ ZSN Pro X. Figured I would get some cheap ones to leave on my desk at work in case they grew legs. Actually sounded great hooked up to my BTR05 amp. Completely amazed since my first headphones came with the original Sony Walkman. A little bright but very serviceable.
Really good to see KZ starting to take the iem market more seriously. There's immense competition at the affordable price point. Moreover customers are willing to increase their price point for higher quality and better performing audio devices. Good times for the audio enthusiasts community!
I got the KZ KS10 Pro, Blon 3 and the Aria. KS= Party 1980’s Cerwin Vegas ( fun)🍻 Blon=A Slightly toned down KS ..but great BASS!🍹 Moondrop Aria = For a more refined experience 🥃
@@AudioLevels There’s no one perfect IEM’s or headphone or speaker or amp or preamp..ect That being said you can always improve what you’ve got..all my IEM’s and headphones are driven in balanced operation and with tips / pads that are clean and fit securely. My first KZ were the as12 and absolutely loved them, bought the wrap around Bluetooth adaptor for them and then proceeded to loose them, currently have the z1 tws and sks tws, but neither are as good as the as12 but both sound better than any other tws headphones, that being said have never had what I would call “expensive” headphones.
Hello! thanks for the rewiew. My Question is, what is you oppinion - are they good for the lead vocal singer in pop-rock band, for live in-ear monitoring? thank you !
I came here looking for a replacement/step up for my JLab Air Icon Bluetooth earbuds, and settled on these, especially since they have a Bluetooth replacement cable, Wich is an idea I love
I recently took an interest in chi-fi iem cause I need a backup iem for my commute. Your video helped me decided to get Aria, esp. when it only cost $50 where I live. Hope it arrive soon. Cheers!
Moondrop aria vs kz zas in terms of music instruments and separation of different frequencies specially background music in movies like violin , piano, shitar, guitar or also vocals but I don't want vocal or any frequency overpowers another and I also want bass ?
My literal one complaint about these is the jack, the part housing the 3.5mm headphone jack is massive and I actually had to spend quite a good while carving into my phone case so it would fit and it does but barely
I currently have zsx. I can’t decide what to upgrade. I’m a musician that plays mostly in church. I sing but am a drummer as well, so I love the low end. Thoughts about zax, AST, zas, aria(2?), and starfield? Can’t decide what would be a meaningful upgrade for live music playing.
Newbie to kz ,got the zsn pro, I enjoy them paired with the az10 bluetooth. Wish I had a remote volume control though .digging my cell out of my pocket everytime I need to lower the volume is bad.
So far the Kz dq6, Zas, and Ast are the best iem's they have released it would be cool to see you do a side by side with all 3 and compare them based on price points.
Please advise...i damaged my Fiio FH3 iem ...i got Kz zas and zsn pro x...im looking for something similar sounding to Fiio fh3 ..little better in bass.please help me .thanks
Do you think the ZAS would be a good iem for DJs? I'm thinking of switching over to iems from traditional over ear headphones and these KZ's look pretty good .
Not something worth doing, the mammoth are miles ahead of the honeydew on sounds and in different price point. I recommend the Mammoth but not the honeydew generally. Mammoth are unique enough in their price range where the Honeydew are outperformed by cheaper iems
I love bass heavy with a high sub bass and for mids I like between 300k and 500k 1 db higher for the voice because a producer of metal and most metal are based on that when we do recording . We may lower 2 db in all frequency to give room for all speakers and iem.
Never came around to getting the Aria's. Couldn't justify getting it since I already have the Starfield's. Is the Aria's considerably better? Maybe I could get lucky in an Aria giveaway. 😉
I have the aria snow and the zas (I like the case and build of the aria snow) all around I actually like the sound of the zas much better, particularly on the low end and I since I play electric guitar, acoustic, bass and keys it’s important for me to have the low end available when needed. ( I realize this comment was 10 months ago but just my opinion)
Great review! Thanks for taking your time and going through each aspect 👍

My KZAS06 worth $35 totally beat my PSBM4U-4 which cost me $550 by so much. This brand is a beast in performance.

ChiFi still improving! Nice review. The style of these are an improvement for KZ at least
What is ChiFi
@@kcslgdo People use the term for Hi-Fi audio devices developed and manufactured in China. They are generally solid especially considering the price.

50?! For the aria? Where are you from?
Right now on shoppe you can buy it for $59 dollars... I'm from México 🇲🇽
Great Video!!! I have the KZ AS10 how do these stack up aganist them ? Cheers

Would appreciate a comparison between the ZAS and the AST
I can do that, will also be doing a KZ and CCA roundup soon. CCA CA4 review tomorrow.

You're kidding? Kz zsn pro x is miles better
@@gannymiguel5898 zsn pro x is shit. The highs can damage your ears.
How do these compare to the Moondrop Aria?
Can you please review the moondrop quarks? New budget iems from md...would also love a comparison between the super affordable chifi iems!
If i can get them ill review them 😄
Please advise...i damaged my Fiio FH3 iem ...i got Kz zas and zsn pro x...im looking for something similar sounding to Fiio fh3 ..little better in bass.please help me .thanks

Kz zas vs cca ca16 which one is better sound quality plz plz reply
Can you please compere Kz Ast vs Kz Zas?
Do you think the ZAS would be a good iem for DJs? I'm thinking of switching over to iems from traditional over ear headphones and these KZ's look pretty good .
IEMs most def better for DJ traditional over ears are just meh I wouldn't even recommend traditional over ears now adays
Can you please review the CCA version ZAS? It's CCA CA16 Pro. And of course then comparison pls.
Hi, could you compare the moondrop starfield to the FIIO FD3. I am not shure which one to buy.
Same question which others have been asking which one is better KZ AST or KZ ZAS please help ty
AST for me but they are huge
Hi! What is the best IEM for djent guitar recording under $100?
This better or kz as12 ?
Sir I am confused about kz ast and kz zas can you compare them please
Can i switch to these headphones for gaming! with dac? is that good effective? thanks in advance!
Any chance you could do a comparison between ZAS and ZSX ( and ZAX for good measure). I have zsx and i love them.
I'm pretty sure ZAS is an upgraded ZAX. At least that's the vibe I've picked up on the forums
I use kz zs10 pro, btr3 and fioo A10 on a note 10. With a 10 band eq/crossover software.
Tri starsea or kz zas which better for you?
Dude, your volume is low... think had mentioned in some earlier vlog too..
Ordered a new mic so will improve hopefully next week. Can I boost it inside youtube?
@@AudioLevels dunno about boosting. Sorry
@@saurabbbhardwaj1930 No worries, theres a few videos that are recorded at that setting but the future ones ill boost.
@@AudioLevels volume is fine here
@@manoelmusskopf529 thanks, seems ok on my end too but could probably do with a small bump.

Are you going to review the fiio fd3 pro?
I really started with vmoda m100s
I hope you enjoy these chi fi bangers as much as me, I'd love to talk and throw some dms. I have no friends into audio
I love KZ i already have the ksx
The mention of "trash" made me laugh out loud. Thankfully, I've only bought their better wares.
