@@andreyd.6801 ye bro i second the black boost intake. i had upd spacers before and black boost feels a lot better. i dont have any graphs but car feels like it pulls up top a lot better
Hey man I just so happen to stumble on your page tonight while I was looking for some ideas for my car. My car got hit the other day while parked at a restaurant not a lot of damage but the shop can't get to it until mid december. With all that being said I do plan to purchase so upgrades while I'm waiting to get my car back. To see you replace those turbos by dropping to motor was awesome Keep up the good work I will be looking out for you start up. I really think I'm going to get those heat exchangers it get pretty hot here in Georgia.
@Derrick Heath much appreciated brother! The heat exchangers are a must and are pretty easy to install if you decide to do it yourself. I’m just a regular dude that for some odd reason had no fear tearing into an AMG but after it’s all done looking back it wasn’t bad. Again Thanks for the positivity!!
That’s awesome your wife is helping you wrap the exhaust, good video keep posting I’m trying to do the same thing to my car. I thought you had to drop engine to get turbos in and out? Is that just 4matic cars?
I have a 2014 cls63AMG S and have been thinking about doing the same modifications to mine that you have done with yours I do have a bendpak four post lift with Bridge Jack so I can lift the wheels off as well. I noticed in one of your videos you were doing donuts, I only thought the rear-wheel-drive version could do that mine is the all-wheel drive and I've only done launch control once still working on figuring that out. Any advice you can give me would be much appreciated would you do it all over again if you could?
@Dan Hanchette the car will do donuts being all wheel drive, all you need to do is make sure traction is complete off. It’s not very good for the transmission but I don’t think it will hurt once or twice. Advice is don’t go with Weistec. They are great at marketing but if anything goes wrong they don’t take responsibility. It really depends what you plan to do to the car. Blackboost is making some good stuff!!
A bit of constructive feedback: please show how you're doing some of the more complicated work, such as taking out the engine, changing the motor mounts, and changing spark plugs. Right now, I can tell you're doing stuff that has never been filmed before, since this car is so rare, which means you have a great opportunity to add something unique to the internet. However, you didn't show any of that. Instead, you're giving us stuff like wrapping up a tube in gold foil or pouring in engine oil. There are tons of videos on those processes, and it's not interesting.
Thanks for the feedback! I looked for videos online to get some helps when I was doing those things but realized the same thing, there is nothing out there. The problem with filming the more complex task is that it’s trial and error with hours of work. It would be very difficult to make a video on top of trying to figure it all out.
I applaud your dedication to your Mercedes 👍🙂🤝🙂♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️..... YOU HAVE THE UTMOST RESPECT IN MY BOOK for tackling such a tedious modification 🕺🔥😜🔥👍🥲👍♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️.... I have one .... Figured I just click on some channels and see what I got myself into 😮😮😮😮😮😮😳😳😳😳😳😳..... STOCK SUCKS 🙅👎😜🔥🕺🥲👍🥲..... Such a low mileage version..... 🤷..... Great video.
Hell yeah, can’t wait to see it up and running. It’s definitely gonna be worth the wait. Been putting in that work
Thanks bro! I hope its all worth it
I like your patience and humility keep it up and good luck
Thank you! 🙏😊
Get the Black Boost intake, really blows those drop in filters out of the water. I have the exact same car.
Im still debating about the black boost intake. I have risers that I made for the current set up, so I would like to see how it performs
