My Favourite Virtual Trainer, following him from last 3 years. He always comes with the great content. One can learn many things and can do alot in just 10 minutes workout.
Obviously because the dumbbells are adjustable ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 they are a little bulky for certain movements. The handles are decent and fairly comfortable. We really love that they saved space in our small home and that is primarily why we got them. We've had them for more than 6 months now and haven't had any problems at all. I definitely would avoid dropping them however as I don't think they're built to handle that.

As a student, his short videos are life changing. There are days that I have no free time from 8am to 8pm, but I can fit in a 10min morning workout and 10 minutes before bed. Not as good as a full workout but it's so helpful to at least have done something.

I recently had surgery and couldn’t do my normal routine for a week. This was a great workout, even though my dumbbells were lighter than I would like. I’ll probably be back soon

Saw this today, and am doing the workout right now. Had to take a month off of weights/exercise due to an injury, and felt my muscle tone going away. This is the perfect routine to start back into things before combining the upper/lower body workouts again. I just did this 10 minute workout after my last comment. This sure makes u breathe kinda hard. I had my dumbbells set at 25 lbs but some body parts I have to drop the weight about 10 lbs. I got through it though, and I like it
