@@U_MoneyyI’m a month late so you might already know this but do stretches at least twice a day so you don’t feel as sore and if you can space out your work out days so you can do 4 times a week for maximum value. Like Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday will be your workout days and then every other day can be a normal cardio day where you walk for 30 mins to an hour or even play with younger family member for that long as well.
I’m 22 and I didn’t do sports for some time because of the multiple hernias in my back. It caused immense pain, so i stopped doing exercise at all for a couple of months. This is how i lost the good look of my abs and my chronic shortness of breath intensified. But it’s already the 2d time when im doing this workout and i not only don’t feel so much pain, i even feel a bit better now! So it depends a lot on the attitude and whether you’re optimistic or not. So thank you so much!

Day 1: I found the workout that suits me and actually makes me sweat, had to skip one since my legs were injured but still went at it. A bit difficult but definitely relieving afterwards. Goal is to do this for 2 weeks and then hopefully by then I will be dedicated enough to make this an everyday thing.

Day 1: Exhausted at the 5th min mark (did 40s Workout 20s rest) Day 2: My thighs and abs region were aching so took rest Day 3: Worked out. Was way more difficult than Day 1. But somehow manged to do till 8th min. Day 18 or 19: I have started to see changes. I have more strength to do the workout (Now I do 15s rest and 45s workout) I have also lost a good amount of fat overall (I had more fat in my thigh region and now I have lost at least 15% of it. I can wear pants which I couldn't wear before) Day 21: Last day of doing these workout. Will be shifting to his 15 min workout from tomorrow

I did this and lost 300 grams in half an hour. It may seem like very little saying it like this but if you keep a normal diet you can go down 4.2 kilos exercising only one hour a day for just a week. Great job.

Today I became acquainted with the “High Intensity” part of HIIT. This will be my cardio workout until I can do it easily. I did one set of the full 10 mins and 5 mins of my second set. I feel the burn man. I am excited where I can get with this type of training. For all my people out there begging just keep at it and you will obtain results.

the only workout that says intense and its fr intense i have to sometimes stop for a minute to even catch a breath, it gives u the effect that u fr did smth finally and u dont have the feel to do another 2 hiit workouts to actually feel like u did workouts
Been struggling to get active again, and the 10 minute format is helping me ease into it. That's what I say, but honestly these 10 minutes kicked my butt. I do love the activities programmed into this circuit though! My own circuits have always been "do these 3 exercises, 3-5 sets" but having 9 different exercises, then coming back to the start made it really feel like a well designed workout.
Thanks for helping me getting sweat out in just ten minutes! If I workout or do exercises by myself, it might go up to 1 hour. I'm procrastinating in the whole workout session.
I had to pause the video the first time about half way through. To rest more than 10 seconds. So if anyone trying this feels to out of shape just pause the video then start it when you can. Don’t give up!!!!

I've been casually doing BullyJuice's workouts for few years now. Recently I joined the gym(been 1.5 month approx) and I'm at 25-30% body fat. I'm regularly doing my weight training and figured out that I need cardio so that's what brought me here to this video, I'm trying to do this HIIT cardio 3 times a week.(burns 300+ calories)also it's true cardio does kill muscle gain but the key is the do HIIT cardio instead and not more than 15 min, imo 10min cardio hasn't done me any harm with regards to the gains.
Day 1: very hardt last minute was to hard so i skipt that Day 2: rest Day:3 half minute rest on 3 minuts got the whole workout Day:4 rest Day:5 my breath is so much better Day: 6 rest Day: 7 i was sick😢 Day: 8 it was much harder as day 5 but i won,t give up

Doing it until BullyJuice replies! Day 1: I’m already relatively slim, not to fat or skinny. I found it tiring but I’m tried to do everything correctly, I will do it again tomorrow. Day 2: Not very tired at the end of it, had to be more careful and quite though, because I’m at the top floor of my house and it’s nighttime. Will definitely continue. Day 3: Did sports instead today. Day 4: Did sports AND the workout today, I’m going to be treating Wednesday and Sunday as a rest day, as I have other workouts and need a break sometimes. Day 5: The lunge jumps were the most difficult, I’m still tired afterwards but I will continue. Day 6: Not as tired as yesterday. My abs are a bit more defined than when I started, it is definitely working. Day 7: Did it again today.

Wow my first time today it was so hard I am 11 fat and overweight trying to lose at least 6kgs this month
I was doing this in the summer and I lost so much weight 😅now I’m doing it again so I can get fit for a new year 😊

@@Dziadu-rk6ry yes I did it every day it’s hard at first but then you’ll start getting used to it
the only workout that says intense and its fr intense i have to sometimes stop for a minute to even catch a breath, it gives u the effect that u fr did smth finally and u dont have the feel to do another 2 hiit workouts to actually feel like u did workouts

Been struggling to get active again, and the 10 minute format is helping me ease into it. That's what I say, but honestly these 10 minutes kicked my butt. I do love the activities programmed into this circuit though! My own circuits have always been "do these 3 exercises, 3-5 sets" but having 9 different exercises, then coming back to the start made it really feel like a well designed workout.
Thanks for helping me getting sweat out in just ten minutes! If I workout or do exercises by myself, it might go up to 1 hour. I'm procrastinating in the whole workout session.

I had to pause the video the first time about half way through. To rest more than 10 seconds. So if anyone trying this feels to out of shape just pause the video then start it when you can. Don’t give up!!!!

Just done this workout for the first time before going to bed and wow I'm sweating so much 😅 I'm definitely doing this every night, the weight should start dropping off no problem
I've been casually doing BullyJuice's workouts for few years now. Recently I joined the gym(been 1.5 month approx) and I'm at 25-30% body fat. I'm regularly doing my weight training and figured out that I need cardio so that's what brought me here to this video, I'm trying to do this HIIT cardio 3 times a week.(burns 300+ calories)also it's true cardio does kill muscle gain but the key is the do HIIT cardio instead and not more than 15 min, imo 10min cardio hasn't done me any harm with regards to the gains.
Day 1: very hardt last minute was to hard so i skipt that
Day 2: rest
Day:3 half minute rest on 3 minuts got the whole workout
Day:4 rest
Day:5 my breath is so much better
Day: 6 rest
Day: 7 i was sick😢
Day: 8 it was much harder as day 5 but i won,t give up
Day 1: done
Day 2: done
Day 3: done
Today I Finally Completed Two Sets of this Workout and I am Feeling good and Strong 💪
4/30/2024 - I'm 31 and overweight. Can't do more than 5 min after 5 days of trying every day. Will update this in a month

It’s slowly but we can. This year I want to do the 45 minutes cardio of this channel.

I have done a lot of hit workout Bt yours is the one I sweated that much 😅just in 10 mn .I am on a 30mn walk for 30 days challenge so anytime I’m not able to take that walk cause of my schedule I come runnin to RUclips for videos . And from today I’ll only run to your videos . 💃💃💃💃oh my God my heart is still panting . And they are so fun and sweaty . Love youuuu😅

Day 1: I’m already relatively slim, not to fat or skinny. I found it tiring but I’m tried to do everything correctly, I will do it again tomorrow.
Day 2: Not very tired at the end of it, had to be more careful and quite though, because I’m at the top floor of my house and it’s nighttime. Will definitely continue.
Day 3: Did sports instead today.
Day 4: Did sports AND the workout today, I’m going to be treating Wednesday and Sunday as a rest day, as I have other workouts and need a break sometimes.
Day 5: The lunge jumps were the most difficult, I’m still tired afterwards but I will continue.
Day 6: Not as tired as yesterday. My abs are a bit more defined than when I started, it is definitely working.
Day 7: Did it again today.
Thanks for this cardio its very effective and good. The time is passed too fast and i enjoyed it unlike others.
