I am 12 years old and I got into fitness about 5 months ago since I was in the verge of becoming obese. This workout helped me a lot in getting mentally and physically string I even started doing calisthenics. I can’t deny this is by far the most challenging workout I have done in my life. I am drowning in swear rn since I pushed myself do the entire workout. Your videos really helped me out and ai gotta say you are by far the best youtuber in this entire community in terms of designing intense full body Hiit “Home workour”.
Good job!! I am 13 and I started working out (properly, I tried to before that tho) when I was 12 too!! It’s worth it trust me, not just for the changes in ur body, cos personally that wasn’t the change most noticed for me, but what I DID notice is 1) straight after working out I feel amazing and so good, that’s an instant Benefit and 2) gives u energy, working out didnt jsut give me energy in exercise bit even in day to day tasks and 3) it improved my fitness, I’m a faster runner now and got better at sport too and 4) improved my mental health too!! So keep going it’s worth it trust me

DAY 27 part 1 done-ski's. feeling amazing and honestly bullyJ I've already lost a tremendous amount of weight. i was 255 b4 this and now im (when first waking up) 229 after drinking water and pre 230. 25lbs in 27 days. at the end ill show you updates of everything. Thank you man. a regiment like this is perfect for me making me more able bodied and healthy. Ill say more at the end of the program.
Can I ask for your routine? Did you limit your calorie intake to a certain amount or limit your diet to certain foods? Also for workout did you do this one daily or mixed with other workouts? Also what was the average rate of weight lost per week/month?
@@thirstyserpent1079 all I did was keto to be honest high protein, mid to low fats (tho they say high fats for energy) and I’m doing his New Years free workout program I honestly can’t even find the video idk if he deleted it but its just a daily guide of warm ups, cool downs and daily workouts with links to his youtube videos. So it’s all scheduled just click links and do it… I prefer that then choosing my own because it feels fresh everyday… dreading it seeing the videos or loving it lol…

I love it because I used to power lift and now switching to this after a year of not workout out I feel able bodied and much better… let me know what you think man
@@thirstyserpent1079 sorry for talking a lot but one last thing push the first week specifically the first day… to this very day (day 50) it was thee hardest day and most sorest day for me lol.. could be a number of factors but I recommend pre workout or coffee or some energy booster so you make yourself go… some days I didn’t even want to workout even with pre lol but always glad and relieved afterwards lol

This HIT workout works great. I feel so much fitter after only two weeks and have lost four pounds. I put on about 8 pounds when I was sick for a while. I start with a session of free weights (dumbbells) which ensures I get a good upper body workout, then move onto this. Following Bully Juice's video I'm forcing myself to treat him as a personal trainer and not taking the sort of longer breaks I tended to have when I made my own circuit training routine. Edit. Update, three months later. Still doing this three times a week and doing an hour's weights on the other days. This is part of my workout for life.

My first workout doing this and I completely struggled which is normal. Now I’m grateful. I feel exhausted but I’m glad that I am because I know what I need to do thank you for making this 20min video. Took me about 45 mins to complete the first time.
All this while I thought I've been working out...! This is real HIIT!!! ...Feels like a novice in workout. I couldn't go as fast as you do, and my recovery took way longer than the real workout and I had to lie down most times. Even with that I could only go half way!!! I rarely do cardio, and if I do it’s usually a treadmill on an incline for like 20 minutes. I couldnt even finish this. Will def be using this for my cardio days
How are you getting on now? I'd say the first ten minutes is the hardest, and it's partly psychological because there are still ten minutes left, but it's worth knowing that the last ten are easier - at least in my experience. The last five minutes are especially easy.

Update: ABSOLUTELY INSANE! I really didn't think I'd be able to complete the workout(especially those skiers) but I pushed through it and I will DEFINITELY be adding this to my workout routine. I am DRENCHED!
