- 10 minutes have never felt so long before! Especially when a dumbbell is in your hands! Use this workout to give your total body a great workout, or if you're already in great shape, just use this workout as a great warm-up routine.
If you don't have a weight at home for this full body workout, just use a jug of water, or even a backpack to get the job done. As long as you have some sort of weight, you can get to the GAINS! If your gym is closed, use this home workout video to work your chest, shoulder, legs, back, bicep, and triceps as well. Do as many rounds as you want. You know what time it is! #gymoclock

Man I want to truly thank you for your inspiring videos. I decided to try this 10 minutes workout with a 25 lb dumbbell. I'm 49 years old and I'm just trying to get into shape. At first I thought I wasn't going to be able to do it. But I just changed my mindset and believed I could do it. And what do you know I did it oh, and when I finished I was proud and wanted to do it again. Because I get short of breath really quickly. But I'm learning the more I exercise the better I breathe. So thank you once again.

I'm doing the Kobe Bryant Challenge wake up at 3-4am sleep by 9-10pm. This has been my morning workout for the last two days. I'm aiming for a month. I'll update soon.

I have lost 40 pounds through cleaning up my eating and by working out to videos like this, from people like him. I’m still not strong even 8 months in- I do 2 sets of this video with a 7lb dumbbell (and other stuff) but the gains I’ve been seeing both physical and mental are huge. Thanks man
Great going Ryan!!! Unless you're limited because of a Medical issue...Try each week - or every few sessions - to bring up the DB weight.... 10Lbs... then 15Lbs, 20 Lbs etc and Then you'll see changes. Your body can hit a plateau when it gets used to something, so changing it up really can help! - Good Luck - Ken in Hawaii

Got a new set of dumbbells off Amazon ($100 CDN for two dumbbells that can go up to 33 pounds each. Sand + concrete, so not super ideal but that's as cheap as you're going to find here in Canada for a new set (so not just a single lmao) of dumbbells. Put them to the test with this workout and man, now I'm feeling the pain (the good kind, not the "I pulled some shit" kind).

Try doing one of his 30day body weight challenges w the 30 day dumbell challenge, its the best thing ive done, I take full rest days and cheat days w my diet on Sunday but workout the rest of the week

@@ShawnFX I would recommend following the 30 Day Dumbbell Challenge. Back when I did this, I would do it twice when following the challenge days. I haven't done a BullyJuice workout in a while as I have been going to a gym for the past 2 years.

I use kettle bells and me thinks it’s easier
i just use 2 weights on each its harder and pushes me
Try using two smaller weights (one in each hand) and then extending both hands (like a "Im Flying!" movement) and that helps a lot!
Starting this with a 15 lb dumbbell lol it's not about where you start, it's about where you're going.

Does it work with 10 pound dumbbells?
start with 70-80% of your max weight capacity, meaning if you feel you've reached at least 80% of your max capability at the end of your workout with the 10, then it's enough and it would be harmful to lift any more, once you can perform the same workout at this weight and you only feel about 50 percent then you should increase weight, be careful not to lift more than you're ready for because it takes away a lot of progress when you injure yourself
