This last fall I rented a 90 HP Bobcat tracked model with a 72" diamond brush cutter, I have run a few different brush cutters over the years and this Diamond unit made me feel very grateful I was in the cab on the Bobcat! I had to mow 8ft tall brush on some CRP land and had about 22 acres to mow and I was expecting 3 full days based on previous experience with other brands. I got cutting around 9:00 am and refueled around 3:00 that afternoon and by 6:00 that evening I had everything done but about another hours worth of work. With this combination I could just drive a little slow and the Diamond was unstoppable it literally just destroyed anything and everything in its way and I mean complete shredded destruction, what an amazing piece of equipment!! I was looking around for a used unit like this to actually buy then find a used Diamond brush cutter and after renting this one I decided to heck with THAT idea. I can rent this entire unit with the Diamond cutter for 500.00 per day, it does a job that I can only say is amazing and when I am done fill it with fuel and bring it back. Essentially I get the use of 90K$ worth of equipment for 24 hours and when I am done I just return it to the dealer! I will NEVER buy one with programs like that out there!!!
I’ve got the same mower but in 84”, it’s a jack of all trades… it’s cuts grass, brush, trees, etc. A Mulcher won’t cut grass. Mine says up to 10” dia. trees but I’ve never cut anything that big. I’ve done 8” but don’t waste time trying to grind them up, I drop the tree and come back later with a tractor and grapple. Other than that it’s a powerhouse and highly versatile for just about any land clearing job.
@@MrScott4020 I wouldn't have that much faith in an advertising tag line. Shatter proof is not shard proof, not impenetrable, you don't want a wood spear or a forgotten piece of rebar or T-post to impale you through your cab door. Visualize trying to lift the shatter proof cab door to get medical help with a T-post that pierced through your door and you. I would attack that pile at a 45 deg angle, but not straight on like that. Have had too many close calls myself with my brush cutter..
yeah the svl 95-2 isnt to bad in price at my dealer wich is $50,000 and the svl75-2 is $48,000 wich not bad for big hp kubota skidsteers and there quiet cab
never beat a kubota i seen a deere 333d and the thing wouldnt lift a 2,000lb mower plus it wouldnt give power to run these mowers wich why he gave up and bought kubota svl 75-2 and works like a big monster chewing through
Michael Mac Tavish Deere 333G are capable of picking up more weight than a SVL95. 2018 John Deere 333G Tipping Load 10,570 lbs Operating Weight 12,100 High Flow 41.1 GPM John Deere 323E Tipping Load 7400lbs Operating Weight 9440lbs High Flow 25 GPM 2018 Kubota SVL95 Tipping Load 6570lbs Operating Weight 9039lbs High Flow 29.3 GPM
deeres are over priced on theres my kubota dealer sells the svl95-2 and ssv 95 for $50,000 and svl75-2 and ssv 65 for $48,000 less money and $1,100.00 off on attachments
My 2-4 man brush cutting crew may give that machine a run for its money . 4 men with brush saw attachments, weed eaters and chainsaws, we cut through creeksides faster than a flock of beavers.

Glad you like it! Thanks for watching!
Nice camera work, I liked the picture n picture.
That’s an impressive machine.
Looks like that would be so satisfying to use! And it would juice the blackberries!
beautiful Kubota skid loader I wish I had money to buy one
Geez that thing is a beast.
I have the diamond 72 inch mower if u use the left side in thick brush keeping right side open for debris to get away works faster
I been watching mulching videos with a skid steer using a drum cuter. What is some advantages or disadvantages of running your atachment?
Awesome work..
Do you have a smaller one that would work with a svl75?
Where can I find one of those
That’s good!So the damage would be limited if you hit a large rock, stump,or survey stake.
Rex Oliver or if you keep running it into the ground
there's a word I haven't herd in a long time Minstmeet
LOL! Do you mean “mince meat”?
Your Crazy at the end having that deck up that high where it can throw something back into your cab...or was that the reason the video ended?
KarasCyborg Shatter proof door!

Id l9ve to get my hands on one of these paired to a cat unit. Destroy anything in its path.
like to see it in cedar
The only excuse it needs to exist, it makes the hoses stiff.....
Given the way you made dirt fly, it might cut decent fireline in a hurry too...

Michael Mac Tavish Rather own a cat.. Pay for the name, but the engine lasts long. Secondly, your posts seem to be irrelavent on these 2 comments.
Michael Mac Tavish so you're telling me there's only a 2k price difference between a 75hp unit and a 95hp unit?
Do the blades swivel on the flywheel?
Yes they do, prevents you from breaking the cutter.
What you charge an hour... definitely impressed

About as much as dozer work. Doesnt really go by hour but it can. Mainly per acre..

Michael Mac Tavish I run a Kubota SSV75 and a John Deere 323. I like both of them but the Kubota only has 100 some hours on it at this moment.

Absolutely James.
what happens when you hit a huge rock?
You have to buy a new one
Now long would 10 Acres of thick weeds and light brush take to do?
Kinda depends, but I would say a good days work for this machine
But isn't minced meat usually made with dates?? Lol
I think the mulcher does a better job
Rebekah Brundage At $9,000 vs $34,000, the mulcher should absolutely do a better job.
Besides price is there any advantage of this over a Forrester or if money was no object is the Forrester a better choice and more versatile?
I would take the limbs out first then the floor its a great machine though
Too much talk
