I would think a decent mid size tractor could bushhog that in a lot less time and a lot more efficiently. Looks like a nice, flat area with no obstacles like stumps or boulders. I appreciate the video with the cutter but not sure a skid steer used for mowing grass is the best option.

This type of mower is so versatile for grass, woody weeds and small brush. Here it looked like a mini harvester.

I mow for a living about the last 13 years. Now I use a Kubota 5740 and a bush hog 1812 and this isn't 5 acres. I can do 3 acres in about an hour and 15 at that growth height and it is a once over and clean with a 12' wide cut running about 2.4 to 3.4 MPH. My old tractor with a 7 footer could do 3 ac in about 3 hours. I think you need a new watch and need to measure that spot on maps.

You would have to be running 6 mph to get 5 acres done in an hour not including the time for turning. So, I’d say at least 8 to 10 mph??

Title was click bait. He’s in snail mode in the beginning of the video. Said that’s how he likes to mow. This was an all day event in creep

It's either not 5 acres, you're going faster than it looks or it took more than an hour. If it were really 5 acres, 84" deck and mowing it twice, you would have to be traveling 10.25 miles an hour average to mow it in an hour. And that's with absolutely no overlap and no turnaround time. Realistically, you would have to be going around 12 MPH and it doesn't look like you were moving near that quick.

Firstly you hit the continuous flow switch. You have to have a jumper plugged into the electric work tool connector in order to activate high flow or xhp flow. You did that in standard flow lol 🤦‍♂️

I agree. To mow it twice, he would have to be going 10.25 MPH with that 84" deck with no overlap and no time for turning around. He would have to be moving at around 12 MPH realistically.

I've seen alot of good equipment online lately but I never seen any of them bring their equipment to some real hood brush with old stumps and brush mix together, I believe either they are scared because they really don't believe in their products

$150,000.00+ for a glorified Riding Mower is a WEE BIT on the expensive side....Your equipment simply isn't feasible for the average Lawn Maintenance business.
