He is defeated by a drawing because the childcare doctor mentioned that drawings are how children usually communicate and they tell a lot of stuff by drawings before in the movie. instead of a random person coming and saying to them that "hey that rabbit actually killed you" Seeing a drawing of the event is more impactful to them. Also abby said that "they really love drawings" Since the robots are basically kids, seeing a drawing of their killer killing them reminded them of the event before that kids were seeing the yellow rabbit as a role model, someone to listen to like a father because they didnt remember. But their vision changed once they remembered.

Thank you. I enjoyed your video. I'm a mother to now adults who played the games. I enjoyed the movie and I think the movie is exactly what it should be. Looking forward to the trilogy. Have a great rest of the day 💙

Dude it is supposed to be obvious that matthew lillard was the killer. Anyone who plays the game already knew from the trailers already, might as well make him creepy from start to finish.

Yeah, I was... being sarcastic. Also, never saw trailers or played the game so didn't know any of that beforehand.

After playing some of the games since it came out in 2014 and knowing the lore I really enjoyed and appreciated this movie. The lore is very interesting so I liked seeing how it was gonna play out in the movie. I had to watch a video to understand the lore in the games though cause I didn’t have a complete understanding of how things played out.

Yeah, I think that if I was into the game I would appreciate it more. There are a lot of easter eggs that just flew over my head. :)

As an FNAF fan, I really enjoyed this. It's not perfect and not as scary as I had hoped but still had fun with seeing the Easter eggs and RUclips cameos. Sort of like the Mario movie. Fans loved it while others not so much.
But to answer your question about all the events happening in the games, the movie kept the basic plot with the killer of the kids hiding them in the robots but everything else was altered a bit. Like Mike wanting to find closure for his lost brother and not being William Afton’s son.

Nice. So the game was pretty sinister to begin with?

    • @GDeNofa
      @GDeNofa 8 месяцев назад +2

@@screamscenereacts yup, in the game lore, William Afton has three kids: Michael, Elizabeth, and a younger unnamed son. (Vanessa is a guard in the latest game but we don’t know much about her yet). Two of William’s kids are killed by his creations (including Michael pranking his brother, gone wrong), that’s when William really loses his sanity.

as a fan of fnaf yes the film doesn't make sense to some *BUT* as a fan of the series since 2014 the fnaf games go in order of the story. the movie here is altered a bit so if you think about the dream bits in the movie and go back to William Afton recognizing mike at the beginning that is basically foreshadowing because he remembers his bother garret he kidnapped then killed of course we do not see the killing of garret but it makes sense that garret is already dead before mike became an adult after his parents died forced to get a job and take care of his sister abby while he has to invite max to his house before going to work.

I'm a big fan of Five Nights at Freddy's (We fans have waited 8 years for this movie), and I must say that I had a great time with it, but also that it is not a great movie and not even a good adaptation.
The creepiness and eeriness of the game was completely lost, they made the animatronics' way too friendly, way too soon, and there are plot elements that needed a lot more fleshing-out and most of them lead nowhere.
The PG-13 rating also hurts this movie.
Overall, just decent, I'd give it a 5.1/10, not the best it could have been; Hope the FNaF 2 movie is better.

as an adaptation, it's weird. cuz when looking at how well it translates from the GAMES to the movie... it kinda sucks. But when looking at how well it translates the fnaf UNIVERSE/IDENTITY, it is weirdly enough near-perfect.

@@PAYTON-ug2zp I don't mind the animatronics being friendly; My problem is they made them way too friendly, way too soon, losing all of their threat factor. There is a way to make them friendly without making them non-threatening.
I like the simple plot, but when your plot leads nowhere (The aunt being killed off and becoming irrelevant, and Garrett as well), it results in a story that seems deeper than it actually is, making our time that we've spent with these story-elements wasted (You can do it with games, but this is a movie).
There were a lot of brutal scenes that could've benefitted from an R-Rating, as many horror fans enjoy blood and gore, despite the games not being all too bloody.
