Sienna and Jonathan's dad having that drawing of Art in his sketchbook, though... it DOES raise an interesting question about Art: did the dad draw Art and said drawing come to life (via a supernatural manner), or did the dad KNOW the person behind the Art the Clown persona? 🤔
Whatever Damien Leone comes up with, I'm sure it'll surprise us?
Oh, for sure. Damien said he wanted more of a Nightmare on Elm Street 3 feel to this one and he succeeded with the fantasy/supernatural elements. But it did kind of pull away from the grounded dread of the original. I'm all for lore-building as long as it balances itself out in the end. :)

David Howard Thornton is a damned genius. Perfect casting; much like Robert Englund and Kane Hodder were.

About the ghost girl, the "Little Pale Girl". There's a theory that before the events of Terrifier, Art killed the little girl in the news article (named Emily), and that the Little Pale Girl is a demon who just took on Emily's appearance.
Also, the Crazy Cat Lady from Terrifier had that baby doll named Emily, soooo... maybe the lady was the mother of the murder victim? And Art's actor even mentioned in an interview that there could've been some connection between Art and the Crazy Cat Lady! O.O

@@screamscenereacts And the relationship between Art and the Pale Girl? Damien Leone describes her as being Art's supernatural "proprietor" in a sense. It's not explained why (YET), but Pale Girl wanted Art to kill Sienna; basically saying "you can go batshit crazy like you did in Terrifier, but you *HAVE* to get rid of Sienna".
Damien Leone, however, did confirm that Sienna will be the Batman to Art's Joker, though. ^^
@@Kuroro2345 It is interesting that they're adding more supernatural elements but as long as they keep it grounded enough I'm okay with that. Damien pretty much said he'll be cutting back on that in the third. And it's gonna be shorter!
Also, there's another movie featuring Art the Clown called All Hallow's Eve (it was made a few years before Terrifier).
The plot revolves around a babysitter who comes across a VHS tape featuring Art; ironically, the three segments of the VHS tape were all original, short films Damien Leone made of Art the Clown!
I know! I'll have to check that one out some day. And I love anthology films too!
Another great reaction!! I’m glad you enjoyed it! And that you caught the whole supernatural aspect of it! The little clown girl is the one from the newspaper clipping that Elliot had that was murdered, some think she’s Art’s daughter that got killed and caused him to go mad and begin killing people. Some think she’s his murder victim I prefer the former theory lol. He was human in the first one but evil liked how deranged he was and brought him back, Sienna’s dad was maybe a prophet that had premonitions of Art since his drawings were all kills from the first movie. And left the divined sword for Sienna to protect herself and the family. I believe Sienna died and was reborn a supernatural force of good to battle against Art as he is evil incarnate since they kept showing the devil. I’m excited for the 3rd installment it allegedly takes place during Christmas and I love a good Holiday slasher lol. Damien wants to take on Friday the 13th reboot/remake and I think he would absolutely nail it! Also if you like D movies the actor for Art starred in a horror parody of the grinch called The Mean One last Christmas it was only in select theatres lolz. Was stupidly hilarious lol. First of all, thank you Cubby for enjoying the reaction. Second, your theories are very well though out and makes me appreciate the supernatural elements more. I know Damien said he'll be cutting back on those for the third one, but peppering them here and there would be welcome to me.
No, I don't have a Pateron. I mean, I used to but I couldn't keep up with the exclusive offers there so I decided to forgo that for now. But maybe, if I start making some real money (or, ANY money :D) with the channel maybe I'll revisit that down the line.

I love Art so much, I do believe that Art The Clown is going to be the next horror icon. I could watch Art doing the most random of shit for two hours (Which he is kinda doing already tbh) and be entertained by it!
The only things that I dislike is the run time being too long, which hurts the re-watch value of the movie, and that the movie spends so much time setting up mysteries, which don't get resolved at all.
Yeah. It ends up being needlessly confusing. But that's all gonna change with the third one! :)

If you are a completist, you might want to watch Art the Clown’s earlier appearance in All Hallow’s Eve. I think that ONE scene was too extreme and just played for effects/sadism to make the audience uncomfortable.
Looking to watch that one at some point. Yeah that's pretty much my issue with this installment - the violence and gore was so OTT that it became comical. I believe they're going back to the disturbing, tense and dark style of the first for the next one, which I am really excited for!
... It's not quite a thriller and/or horror show people have heard about, but would it be okay if I recommend a show you could react to?

The main character, Nanno, deals karma to people all across different high schools in Thailand.
Girl From Nowhere is only two seasons (1st season consists of 13 episodes, and season 2 consists of 8 episodes).

my thoughts on this film are that it felt too long, it was a little boring at times, & it spends a lot of time setting up some plot points but doesn't round up or resolve them (ie, siennas dad having drawings & newspaper clippings of art).i think that I definitely enjoyed the first film more; but i do think it is a good sequel! Great reaction as always, and thank you for all the effort you have put in to your halloween marathon, you've given us some great content!!x
