Yesterday after work I went to the gym and wore a big baggy shirt and I went HARD, I grunted, I wasn’t afraid to do half reps if it was getting too heavy, and I had Sam Sulek inspiring me through the entire workout. His triceps are EXTREMELY strong! Full stack plus 3 plates??!!! I don't know if people realize how incredible that is, especially at 21. His biceps are strong as well but his triceps strength is next level.

Love that you left the Chug in the car talk. Its funny how I was so stuck in this three sets per exercise. warm up, pyramid into the heaviest set for years. Hit legs today. Warmed up proper, then a feeler set on the standing Ham curl. Right into working sets and stayed at that machine for like 6 sets because it was feeling so good. My training has certainly transformed since watching Sam. Beyond that, it feels like it's evolved. The DOMS have been real these last few weeks. THANK YOU

I love the unilateral exercises like the single arm pushdowns. When I do anything unilateral like these or single arm rows, I like resting for 30 seconds to a minute in between each side to get comparable intensity on each side. I find the second arm becomes less intense as I exhaust later on in the workout, and that little bit of rest allows the targeted muscle to be the limiting factor as opposed to something like conditioning.
Sam is the most relatable influencer i have seen in a long time. When i see him wearing the same stuff, driving the same car. Acting the same ...very humble. And also dont see him eating these fancy meals someone else cooked or these super expensive ingredient complicated recipes to hit his macros. He's just down to earth and gives the average person advice and education on how to be a better lifter without having the fancy gym or all the money to buy all the fancy foods and suppliments. And that is what has made him famous and will drive his career is his authenticity. Dont ever change Sam keep up the good work.

The problem with dry scouping is the powder is water soluble meaning it needs to be shaken up in water for certain chemicals to activate. Dry scoopin is not gonna give you the intended effects your supposed to get they are missing outbig time not to mention it will suck the water out of your gut an intestine.

I started with pre-workouts last week after 3 years of active gym training. I´m having a lactose intolerance + I´m allergic to gluten. I found out about it just a year ago, it was a thing that was blocking me from gaining a weight. Finally after a year of fighting with it, I started gaining weright, I gained 8 kilos this year! Last week I got a pre-workout without caffeine and I gotta say It´s awesome! My strength and pump is way way better than it was.

Finally after a year of fighting with it, I started gaining weright, I gained 8 kilos this year! Last week I got a pre-workout without caffeine and I gotta say It´s awesome! My strength and pump is way way better than it was.
