Random, but one thing I found as a workaround for making cardio fun is playing VR fitness games like Beat Saber and PowerBeats VR. It's also cool to be able to play POV cycling videos on RUclips with the VR headset on while using a stationary bike to make it less boring. 😊

Almost 8 months into my body transofrmation, i've been doing cardio every day for the past 8 months and going to the gym 3 times a week for the past 5 months. My starting weight was 441lbs, this morning weight was 317lbs.
Now if i don't do cardio or go to the gym i feel like shit, the gym has changed my life.

One of the best low fat cuts of steak is the Flat Iron/Butchers Cut. And I remember Sam mentioning how chewy his steaks are, but flat iron is also super tender if cooked right and pretty reasonable price wise.

Have to say Sam is so damn well spoken for his age. I am 47 with a PhD and was a college professor. I’ve met my share of smart kids his age (would like to think I was one!) and Sam strikes me as one of the sharp ones. It looks like he’s chosen to apply his smarts to bodybuilding and building his brand which these days is probably a good move financially. You know exactly what you should and shouldn’t eat you’re just not doing it. It’s physically impossible not to lose weight if you’re eating under your needed caloric intake. Eat clean, as in single ingredient foods. Stay away from processed foods. Meat and vegetables. Aswell as training hard, you’ll get there

@@dopamineabuser I love the stairs, don’t get me wrong. It’s my leg day staple. I’ve lost 90 pounds since March and got my one best friends into training. He needs easing into it. So my second session of the day is with him and we hit the treadmill for half an hour before lifting. But I generally do a more strenuous form of cardio in the morning on my own though.

There was actually studies done on draining fat off of ground beef, if you drain the fat its around 33-50% less fat. Great diet strat that I've used for years. Great vlog, as always.

Been watching Sam for awhile, I gotta say what a sweet humble kid, love the car talks and the training and the pump view. Sam is full of great info and I would love to see Sam interact with some people from the gyms I'm sure lots of the kids look up to Sam and would love chatting to him.
