      it because you once lifted weights in ur life or had the inspiration to, and maybe you have stopped or not got back into it as much as you once was.. i dunno, thats how i feel and i defiantly am trying to get back into my old self and train more and eat better because of this channel. i know he is not natural but it still take alot of hard work and dedication to achieve this

      @@intoTheCosmos_it’s insanely hard for a guy on gear to reach this level. It’s unbelievable people genuinely believe take gear and automatically hit this level. I’m not advocating for drugs, I personally believe you should hit your natural limit before you even think about taking PEDS’s but to say what Sam has done is easy regardless of drugs is idiotic.

      @@Mrmango7777 That's 100% true. However, it's very interesting that it's impossible to tell who will achieve this once on gear and who will not. Some people think if you are somewhat big as a natty that it's a gimme you will be huge on gear and if you are small/skinny as a natty no gear in the world will help you get big. But if you look at some of the biggest bodybuilders in the world they literally looked like crap before taking gear, the prime example being Nick Walker. There is no way anyone could have predicted he would be one of the biggest mass monsters today if you looked at his before pictures. Essentially, the only way to know how someone will look once on gear is by taking gear.

    Props to Sam for being one of the rare few male fitness influencers with a very calm vibe. Personally I like his raw unflashy editing style, too. It better represents what the gym experience is like for me. Kinda repetitive and you don't always get the best equipment, but you stick with it and make it work with patience and a positive mindset

    A good craftsmen doesn’t blame his tools is probably my favorite “Sam-ism” phrase, currently. 😂 I teach some tough kiddos from some tough backgrounds. Having good integrity even in yucky situations is a motto I try to instill. Ive been using Sam’s phrase a LOT lately in my classroom 😊

    I love how Sam talks about tracking your macros. I used to think I was eating a lot of food but not gaining weight. Then I started tracking and realized I was only eating 1800 calories a day. Now that I’ve started tracking I’ve realized I need almost 4,000 calories to gain weight. (I’m up 10lbs over the last 5 months)

    Been working through a shoulder tweak for about 3 weeks now. The warm up routines have allowed me to work around it, and if an exercise feels iffy i just move on to something else. Not letting it stop me, being smart, and still going hard. Another great ep. And seeing you in a dress shirt, absolute spectacle. Keep doing you, youre inspiring a lot of people big guy!

    I never would have watched gym content ever. I'm 47 and was out of shape. Starting watching Sam because he is a ringer for my oldest son and I am hooked. Learned so my about nutrition and I am down 30 pounds and just got my first gym membership. Such a fan. Thank Sam for the great content.

    This is a great representation of how weight doesn’t matter. Sam has been dieting a couple weeks since his fall cut. He has only went down a few pounds but physically, he is getting more shredded. Keep on the goal. Awesome job Sam.

      failure is key. training your muscles is obviously important, but beyond that you are training your nervous system to go further and tolerate more pain. you can look it up. mind over matter isn't just a figure of speech. those last reps where you can hardly take anymore are crucial to unlocking potential.

    Day 39 of a cut and this dude has barely dropped any weight on the scale dispute eating in a deficit and getting leaner. That tells you right there how genetically gifted he is. Obviously there are other factors at play like gear but anyone that’s done it knows it’s still difficult to gain muscle on a cut.

    Sam's hussle and commitment motivates me everyday, I feel like I can push harder than ever before and take it to the next level. After seeking advice from RUclips I concluded I'm at my genetic limit and ready to start a cycle to hopefully get as huge as Sam.     I admire this guy, I was the same when I was in my twenties. He has a Monk/ Discipline mentality. Cardio, eat, train, eat more, do whatever extra curricular shit to do like clean your room, fold the clothes etc. Repeat.And he's real and doesn't get mixed up in the fitness influencer drama bullshit.

    Hit 150 for 8 on tricep press downs. I'll be doing the stack soon, thank you for telling me to eat my carbs. I was stuck for months, introduced carbs(oatmeal and chocolate milk) strength has been improving every time I go in.
