  • Korikham Handles: A Cheap (albeit a shameless counterfeit) Alternative to Prime Fitness RO-T8 Handles
Try the MacroFactor for food tracking. It’s much quicker and easier than MyFitnessPal (what I used to use religiously).

That's why went through the trouble of pricing all of them. You can find my results in the table below (I made it for ACE because that's who I'm certified with, but most courses apply to other organizations as well):

In this video, I'm going to be reviewing the Korikham handles, which are a cheap alternative to the Prime Fitness RO-T8 handles. I've been using them primarily for back workouts, and I've been really happy with them.
The Korikham handles are made of a high-quality plastic, and they're very sturdy. They come with a variety of different grips, so you can find the perfect one for your workout. I've found that the neutral grip is the most comfortable for me, but there are also pronated, supinated, and neutral grips with paddles.
I've been using the Korikham handles for about a month now, and I've had no problems with them. They're a great way to add variety to your back workouts, and they're a lot cheaper than the Prime Fitness RO-T8 handles.
If you're looking for a high-quality, affordable set of handles, I highly recommend the Korikham handles.

I'd love to hear what you think of the rest of them. This one is the only one I've tried (unless you count the legit Prime version). Thanks for watching!

      @@ThreeStormFitness Review - TLDR - Returning all.
Wanted them 4 T-bar Rows, Face pulls, + lat/Tri work.
Currently use a lat bar, arm blaster & dual ropes.
Workouts consist of upper lower + arms split.
      5x a week + 2-3x running. 3 sets x 7 exercises.
Aim for session >2 hours mostly sets of 10-12.
Equipment is heavy, t-bar handle is very narrow.
Spreader Bar ball-jocket soint is awkward.
Huge hassle to set up & use, lack of full stretch nixes it.

Thanks! I've been generally busy with average busy american stuff. Relevant to this channel, however, I've been working on a project for a couple months called "modular muscle" where I run different set and rep schemes for a few weeks then talk about them. So far, I've done 3x8-12, max effort 1rm, Edt 10rm, 25@85, 3x10, 3x8, 3x3@90, gzcl t3, 4xamrap, and a few more...just need to record the episodes and edit in the b roll footage.
Should have the first few episodes out sometime between May this year and 2054...sorry, I'm dragging. Appreciate you watching this vid. Thanks!

@@ThreeStormFitness lol well I will definitely be tuning in for it. Very interested to see your full layout of sets, reps, exercises, how you group your workouts, how you fit stuff into a time frame, how you work-in stuff like those extensor exercises, just the little stuff. And oh man I think we all can relate to the busy busy American life/schedule. Like a rat in a wheel. Hopefully in one of those videos, we will see those really cool shorts you have! Lol

Damn it, I need to stop watching review videos! I’m in Canada so using your link wasn’t going to be ideal - sorry brother - but ordered a set.

I appreciate the consideration! Don't worry about it though. It would have made me a dollar or two. I mainly add those affiliate links as an afterthought (because, why not add them?). Thanks for watching hope you like it!

I was thinking the same thing living in Canada. How do I jump over to the amazon Canada website from the amazon US affiliate link? I guess the links don't work that way. Anyways. Way too difficult to buy original branded products from the US most of the time. It makes you feel even more like a moron paying 2 to 3 times more than what Americans pay after currency conversion, duties, and shipping. Unless you really like it.
