    sir, please make a video on safety of creatine loading phase
    ik you have made a lot of videos on creatine but you never talked about the 5 day loading phase vs the normal dosage
    and you have said the high dosage of creatine say 10-20 grams is not good for the long run if taken daily
    but sir please talk about the saturation and loading time
