    Excellent video…. I am investigating the expense and possibility of doing atmos mixing in my basement studio space. Nugen audio do make the finest plugin out there.

    I still say this is cool but useless to mix in Atmos unless the consumer has the playback system to hear the mix the way it’s intended. Most people listen on earbuds and headphones and that does not sound anything like Atmos. I struggle to understand all the hype around Atmos for music. Again, most people don’t have 7.1.4 setups in their listening environment

      Hey David, thanks for your feedback. It wasn’t until I heard Atmos on speakers that it made complete sense to me. Mixing on headphones is convenient and an accessible way for music, producers and engineers to get into the spatial audio space (no pun intended ;) but making creative mixing decisions on speakers is really where it matters.
