    What does your weekly training schedule look like?

      I train lower body Monday and Wednesday. Upper body for maintaining on Tuesdays and Thursdays and shake out on Friday for now.
      I’m working my way up to a high volume cycle. After adapting, I will lower the volume and increase the intensity gradually.

      @@johncollinaskew I like that you have four days off before your next leg session on Monday... for some reason, when i have four days off between leg workouts, it has me feeling really good.

      @@reckumodnolro1950 i’m jumping once per week right now. Eventually, I will do two times a week once I feel my body adapting.
