Not the very original band members, newer drummer, keyboardist, guitarist here....The first musician's were the best....see "It's A Matter of Time" the RockinProfesor......
I believe he left the band before Pleasure Victim was completed in late 1982. The video you see was recorded in 1983. Rod Learned took over as drummer.

Is the lineup the same at both venues? The first (outdoor) one was US Festival, but what was the second one?
The lineup was the same at both venues. The second one took place at a club somewhere in the L.A. area, probably West Hollywood.
