I hope you are all really well and having a wonderful week. I am DELIGHTED to have such a special guest star on this vlog as I spend the whole day with Mummy. From creating gorgeous memories in London to a spot of shopping, some scrumptious treats at one of our favourite spots to . Then, I do a stunning glowy make-up look on Mummy and spend some gorgeous girly time together.
I truly hope you enjoyed this one as much as I have in bringing you along, as we get older I cherish every moment with my mother and this vlog truly makes my heart sing as we had such a wonderful time together.

Your mum has this voice I could listen to for days, it’s so calm and poised and regal. My mum is almost 90, we call her Joan Collins.. the looks, the mannerisms and still an absolute diamond .. but I do miss so many things we used to do together, that due to age she just cannot do. To have that relationship you have with your mum is and can be so so rare. Cherish it, as the time goes in the blink of an eye. ❤️

Your Mummy is SO GORGEOUS like you. My Mother was SO BEAUTIFUL too with red hair, creamy skin & blue eyes.
She was 18 when she had me in Singapore so we were like sisters at times but she was VERY PROTECTIVE & GENEROUS with her love to me.
We had wonderful Mummy Daughter days shopping together when she was younger but her health made it difficult for my Mother to walk when she got older. She had Arthritis & Diabetes but she still loved to buy NICE things.
Your Mother reminds me of my Mummy so much as my Mummy was gregarious & liked to enjoy herself by entertaining & shopping for clothes.
She loved good jewelry & she always wore bright colored scarves. She was elegant & dressed well.
When she phoned me at work to say hi I would answer "Good afternoon Colleen speaking'" & she would answer "Mummy speaking" & we'd have a giggle.
She is our Angel in Heaven with my Grandmother watching over us us FOREVER.

Note for your Mum. My eyes water too with all the makeup smudge. So I use a roll-up thin eyebrow pencil for eye liner as well. Careful with oily skincare close to the rim of the eyes. After applying eye shadow, draw a thin line of powdered eye shadow or powder around the eyes, then draw the eyeliner over the shadow line. Helps a lot to eliminate smudged eyeliner. And for years I have not worn any mascara. The thin powder line under the eye should be with skin-toned shadow/powder. Color will smudge downward. I use a small, thin, moon-shaped brush, dipping the end of the brush in the shadow/powder.

I adore seeing you and your mum. I don’t have a relationship with mine (never have since the age of 5) so I am utterly obsessed with my teenage daughter and our relationship is just like yours with your mummy. The funniest part was “I wish you could have done my makeup in your wedding day” “well, I was a little busy” and the being a guest at your own wedding, I’m highly amused with the pair of you!

I loved how you did your mom’s makeup! It was so fresh and glowy, which matches her personality. 😍 A much better effort than when I would try to do my mum’s makeup. We were so opposite in taste, and my mom was basically, only a lipstick girl. Luckily, she had perfectly balanced, clear skin, until she died. Actually, today is her birthday. So, this was such the perfect video to watch. Thank you for sharing your mum! 🥂 I must say, she could be my big sister, but she’s not old enough to be my mother. 😉
