This comment says it all. I reorganized my kitchen and purged many items. I bought containers to hold my flours, sugar, rice etc and turned my extra bedroom into a walk-in pantry/craft room. It's not perfect but everything I need to cook and craft now has a space. I'm now purging again because I'll be retiring next year and moving but luckily I found an organization that helps veterans starting over that I can donate to.

Your "anything" drawer is called a junk drawer in my house. MB gave me inspiration on my kitchen organization . Since it's so hot now where I live, inside the A/C jobs it will be on my day off.

I like your lower cabinet pull-out drawers! No loosing things in the back anymore. I realize that you keep your foods etc down in your lower cabinets and dishes etc in the uppers.

Here is Houston, Texas, we just bought a bunch of those Felli containers at Marshall’s a few days ago! They ranged from $3.99-$6.99 or 7.99…we put all of our chia seeds, flax, cacao, plant based protein powder, etc in them…it’s so cute in the cabinets now!! Ohhhh, your spices containers are amazing!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
We have a holiday home and in order to have my favourite recipes I took photos of them and Google photos can usually find them when I put the recipe name in the search bar. This way my recipe books go with me wherever I am!
I think many of us have cabinets that look like yours Mary. It is hard to keep everything organized in the kitchen. The results of MJ"'s organization are wonderful everything is easy to access. It will be easy after shopping trips to put everything in its designated place a huge time saver all around. What a blessing she is. ❤
I'm a bit kooky, but I do like the interiors of my cupboards, drawers, and closets, organized. I've been that way since I was a child. They do get messy with use, but I re-organize every few months. I once took a picture of my linen closet and sent it to my coworkers. Since I had my stroke, I can't do as much, but I do appreciate everything in it's place. And I can't blame this on my family since no one cares about it like I do. Lol!

She done an excellent job! It’s beautiful! The only thing I could possibly add to help, is when placing the lid on the cereal containers, put the spout on the opposite side of the indentions. It makes it so much easier to pour! ❤

I was happy to see my draws looks like mine. I had gotten most of the trainers you have gotten off of Amazon, but I was just at wood said not knowing what to do. I am so very happy you posted this. I am 76 years old and I have used glass containers or whatever I could find. Actually I have had jars that I have seen on Amazon for $40 apiece. I have collected over 50 years. MB did an awesome job organizing. It looks great. I recently did mine in April. I did a whole house spring clean. I did mine in a couple of days when I felt well, however I overdid it and ended up in ER for a day. I am not as young as I think, anymore!❤
FANTASTIC JOB, MB! It looks great, Mary and I'm sure you are so excited to finally have this finished! We moved 1-1/2 yrs. ago, downsizing from a 3 bdrm home to a 3 bdrm apartment, and I'm JUST NOW getting to a point where a don't have any moving boxes! It is SUCH a chore figuring where things should go, while dealing with finances, depression, and anxiety from a 30 yr. marriage and separation. NOT FUN, but thanks to my (adult age) kids, it has been satisfying! Onward and upward, thank you SO MUCH for such a timely video! ❤❤

We’re all with you on junk drawers, outdated spices, etc. Time goes by so fast that a person forgets about checking expiration dates. 🤦🏻♀️ I like to keep a lot of my beans, cornmeal, flour, chocolate chips, in mason jars. At a glance I can see how much I have. I also write the expiration date on the lid. I love organizing cabinets and drawers. It’s calming to me rather than having everything shoved in. All your containers are so cute. My dream is to someday have a spice area, at eye level, so I can quickly utilize them in recipes. She also did an amazing job on your recipe collection! I too love to use containers in my cupboards. I worry about things expiring tho. So now I cut out the expiration date from the package and put it in the container facing out. I've had food poisoning before and I take no chances now. Wish my niece liked to organize. What a nice time you must have had together.

I just recently reorganized my kitchen and I love it. I too would love to redo the whole thing but just the reorganization made it feel brand new. It was hard work so my compliments to MB she did a fantastic job.
Awesome look and even more important it keeps the food fresher in sealed containers. Idea- use a tiny post-it note or round sticker on the back of containers that have back up stock stashed behind so you can refill right away. 🥰. Also if perishable you could do the sale for expiration dates or instructions.

I just recently reorganized my kitchen and I love it. I too would love to redo the whole thing but just the reorganization made it feel brand new. It was hard work so my compliments to MB she did a fantastic job.
Awesome look and even more important it keeps the food fresher in sealed containers. Idea- use a tiny post-it note or round sticker on the back of containers that have back up stock stashed behind so you can refill right away. 🥰. Also if perishable you could do the sale for expiration dates or instructions.
I have my recipes in a binder, A -Z, with a list of all the recipes at the beginning of each tab.
