I hope you are all really well and have had a wonderful week. Today is just one of those days where I am not feeling 100% - I have been SO busy that I honestly just feel like I am on the brink of burnout. And so, in this vlog I take a moment to try and recoup. Come with me for a meeting with Steve as we plot where to plant our beautiful new peonies, an emergency appointment at the pet for poor Wiggy, a trip to the farm shop for some nutritious sustenance to see me through, all before making me current sweet treat obsession!

PEANUT BUTTER CUPS RECIPE:
Prunes
Ground Almonds
Oats
Coconut Oil
Peanut Butter
Milk or Dark Chocolate
Blitz together your prunes, ground almonds, oats and coconut oil to form the base. The consistency should be mouldable - not too dry and crumbly, nor too wet! Press this into your cupcake tin. Spoon your peanut butter on top and place in the fridge. In the meantime, melt your chocolate. Once melted, spoon on top of the set peanut butter, and place in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!

Another delightful and interesting Vlog! Loved seeing Dora’s video of your beautiful countryside and the gorgeous gardens! And, I will be making your sweet treats! Dark Chocolate chips are a staple in my pantry so can always substitute them in a pinch - me too, I don’t particularly care for Milk Chocolate.
This channel is the very best that is out there - can’t believe it isn’t soaring in subscribers as you are doing all the Right things. Once it starts to get discovered, it will fly. For those of us that love it, we need to make sure to tick the thumbs up button and comment on every vlog! One weird thing is that sometimes I can’t pull up a comment field but then I have found I can tag on my comment as a response to another’s comment. Darling Leonora, i really hope You are well 😢. It is ok sometimes to say to Yourself that You cannot do everything. Drawing the line must be a hard thing to do, but i worry You cannot continue the same way❤. As much as we love You and love to see Your amazing content, we can cope if You do just two vlogs a week. The channel will grow, i am sure of it, but it takes propably the same time with two vlogs a week than three in a week. It will continue growing despite dropping one day from the three weekly vlogs. Such a long vlog for a sick person! Please take care and start pacing yourself! Every RUclipsr I follow, has burned themselves out, in the beginning. The difference, you have a lot more going on than most, especially since you have family and a large household to take care of as well. It’s fine to dial it back and preserve your energy for the long run. The tour of the garden, and plans for the flowers you just purchased was very interesting. Even for me, who has no interest in gardening herself. I enjoy watching people do things, I wouldn’t. 😁

When feeling under the weather, why don’t you set up your admin headquarters on your sofa?
Wear your favourite cozy warm lounge set, throw a double set of warm duvets on the sofa (one for your back, one for the front), wear a scarf to keep your throat warm, and work away at planning, scheduling, organising, jotting down ideas for content creation, editing etc basically tackling the cerebral side of your work…
And when you need a cup of ginger tea, ask someone to get it for you. You will cut your recovery time in half by staying still and warm 😉😘
And call your mother for some comforting talk 💕 we all need to hear “Awe…poor darling, get some rest, drink your tea and stay warm.”

We all experience hills and valleys. The good thing is to recognize that "This too shall pass". Better days will come. I have experienced this. A few years ago i could hardly breathe, my stress was so intense. So, when I feel badly, I remind myself that the dark days don't last forever. I also have faith in God. He knows us and loves us.

Hi Leonora what a magnificent start to your video, loved it so much. So sorry to hear you are not feeling well. Sore throats are the pits. So glad Wiggy is ok now, l always take mine to the Vet straight away because you never know. You are such a beautiful person even when you are not well you are still smiling. Well bravo Leonora despite you feeling so awful, you really made me laugh😂. How do you do it?! Wiggie at the vets spending so much money, (yes he’s certainly lost his waistline somewhere) Lancelot in his private dining room, and oh the dishwasher 🤣. It really must be kaput now.. But, easy to say…. You’ve just GOT to slow down. You’ve got to learn to say NO. Just sometimes. I’m sure Mark keeps telling you that, your mother too. Take care, you’re really brilliant !!❤❤❤

I can't believe you are doing all this and not feeling well. You are still so chipper and look beautiful. I would be snuggled with a puppy - tea and a book (or my magazines on my ipad). Please do the things to heal and feel better. Um - yes - Emergency Vets are pricey - but - thank god they exist! Glad your puppy's eyes are ok - Dogs get into the darndest things. I wonder if your going to be able to determine what set him off. Feel better, and ignore negativity! 😉
