Indian all administrative machineries and judiciary are following the dictatorship rule than indian constitution.
India runs without its constitutional laws.parliment enacted many laws by breaching its own constitution
For example following subjects such as .UAPA,CAA ,NRC,appointment of election commissioners,P.m care fund,electoral bond ,abrogation of 370 in kashmir, implementation of anti -defection laws, breaching the direction of court by indian union government exposed unconstitutional governance or jungle raj
If one is free to vote for a political party without hopefully any coercion, then why can't one choose one's religion and one's life partner the same way.
While the political party would be only a 5 year implication, ones freedom of religion and partner is for a lifetime, if not generations.
Can the state respect the sanctity of the Constitution.
Article 25 clearly allows freedom to practice, preach and propagate one's faith/ religion.
