I went back into no contact to give him space and he contacted me again to say hello via text 2 days ago. I’m not in a rush if it’s meant to be we will continue to move towards each other . I feel really optimistic. I still care a lot about him so I am very much open ! In the meantime, Im living my life

Hi hun, I've got a question my ex and I broke up month ago it was pretty bad, however we own a business together. We have been doing the strategic no contact but I feel like it's taking longer than usual. He knows he's hurt me but I'm afraid he pities me and according to Coach Lee it's not a good sign and he won't be attractive. We have to stay in contact for the business, and see each other very often so he won't get the opportunity to miss me. What do I do? Should I hang in there? He is calm, soft and an analyst so I don't know how to get thru to me. He has shown signs of still caring a little bit but I don't want to get my hopes up?

Wow I was with mine for 5 and a half too! She abandoned everything. I gave her best friendship, I had my struggles and we didn't go on dates all the time for a couple years but she struggled too, but no disloyalty or anything, unless she cheated. 5 months of no contact. Man. Any believe how much time can pass yet it still feels so raw. I’m in therapy and working hard. Had a big deep in month 4 and found it very tough. But I’m pushing through. I’m blocked on all platforms. Received a happy birthday email on my birthday 4 months in, was a pleasant surprise. I think there is no chance of us reuniting, but I know eventually I will be ok. NC is for you, not for getting them back.

298 days of no contact. We broke up when LDR and he is so recklessly decided that. He know i watch his ig story. But I stop update anything in all my public social media and off the grid. He know nothing abt me, so does all my friend, except the close one and my parents. I also stop checking him but I still listen to coach lee video. I need to move forward in life and i believe karma will hit him one day. I do not need to do anything. Just focus on me. It is so comforting listen to coach lee and i will continue to do so.

On day 72 since my ex last reached out. It gets better people. It sucked at first and still kind of sucks, but moving forward is the best way to get her back or find someone else.
My ex just broke NC on the third month of no contact and called me to talk about nothing basically other than a situation we resolved before NC. I let the conversation go on 8 minutes but kept it simple and got off of the phone and I’m back in NC. Time is on my side
@@arunmanikandan2680 initially, yes...then I assumed she was moved on with somebody else because she was distant and tried NC then when in reality, she was in the relief stage. After around two weeks she popped up at my house and we got into a really bad argument/fight but not physical. Then I went NC indefinitely and around the third month mark, she reached just reached out but she didn’t have anything to talk about really other than that argument which was weird. I could hear it in her voice the excitement to hear mine but I kept the conversation short and simple....not sure why she reached out because after that argument/fight, I thought that was the complete end.
"Coach Lee" and coach "Craig Kenneth" to me are the closest to brothers I love them both they have helped me tremendously. I really wish they both do a video together... That would be a perfect new video for them both.
Thank you coach lee.. I think through this entire ordeal of a breakup you have been the one thing that’s kept me going .. my ex left me on my birthday while I was (still am) pregnant.. I’m supposed to be on bed rest but when he left I had to work anyway because I’m a self employed hair stylist so I don’t make a penny when there’s no one in my chair.. so I’ve had to buy my baby and my self at risk so I could pay bills since he told me to move out .. so anyway I was feeling EXTREMELY LOW for the first few months and as hard as no contact is when you want your ex back, it has been made so much easier by watching your videos!! It actually makes me feel like I’m doing something and being proactive to reach the goal of getting him back ..so since I’m in no contact I’m not doing anything, all the research makes it feel like I am doing and accomplishing something!

Today is 6 months since we last spoke- and 2 months since I stopped seeing his fb posts every day. I still miss him and I feel like maybe he is starting to miss me too. The hard part is, he and I have both been hurt before, and so even if we love someone we have practice in never speaking to them again... and he's a loner anyway, says openly that people he loves and thinks about regularly (even family) he doesn't really reach out and talk to them. I'll keep on in no contact, since it's still the only respectful option (considering how we broke up: I was being too clingy and he told me to stop) and we'll see how it all plays out. 23 years of marriage and my wife moved out with my daughter 9 weeks ago and I dont know what to do I try no contact but she text me a few times a week. 1st Day of no contact i over did the block cycle i came to her house invaded her only place of privacy and got yelled at everything i disrespected her. I tried to offer her a meeting for a coffe, she said yes and later she canceled it because was busy, I did once an offer later, again busy so I guess she just doesn't wanna do anything and just want me close for backup plan. The question is... Do I want her to come back if she always gives me the silent treatment because she is too "scared" or "mad" to talk? She came back before and couldn't take accountability and blamed me for her not opening up. Seemed like narcissistic blame shifting to me. She complained about me to all her friends, her family, and her therapist when I thought I was on good terms with her. She told me she only ever said sorry to get me to shut up. She told me nothing was ever good enough for me. She constantly tested my boundaries and I would get mad and break up with her. She would cry and beg me to take her back and promise me changes. She never changed though & she got colder and colder. I felt like I was being devalued. She then treated me so badly that I left her I flipped my lid on her from dealing with it for so long (my mistake because I'm responsible for my own actions. I said terrible things to her and took back all the stuff I gave to her for her apartment. I felt very used and she would always scoff and roll her eyes at me when I mentioned it.) I saw her on a date with another guy a week later. I panicked and chased after her. It only pushed her away. But dude I am so fucking tired of these games. Why is it so hard for someone to treat me right? Is it because I give in and take them back before they actually make changes? I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.

And desperation leaves an unhealthy balance that is unfair to the other person. Even though you may feel it... And i have....its not their responsibility and ultimately it's about trusting God in the process. When you do it relieves the other person from the burden of being your source of happiness. Hey, Lee, I acted on your advice and my ex is back. I stepped back the moment I said goodbye to her, which was after she avoided me for weeks. I live in Pakistan and she in the U.S. She messaged me today to come see her. What should I do? That was pretty frank and direct from her. 4 days of no contact, and there you have the result. just go through vdos of coach lee. Dont initiate any contact focus on yourself and if she wanted to get back w you then take it slowly and dont be the one to initiate the contact they have broken the relation let them be the one to work to build it up
Coach Lee...I've been in NC for about 2months, everything has played out almost exactly like your videos describe, the stages, the signs (almost everyone mentioned in all videos) - the whole lot, we are in regular contact, and have been intimate recently, I never initiate and follow NC, we haven't really had "that conversation" and just keep it lite when we communicate - HOWEVER...he still speaks about the future without references to me being part of it. I'm so confused.
Lets not forgot someone out there listens to cries of our hearts, we may experience hardships in life because God let things happen for the best and also He gave us people to help like coach Lee

Coach Lee I feel hopeless. It’s been almost 2 months NC and I’m betting this girl has a new relationship, or she at least looks super happy. My breakup coach says go indefinite NC so I am doing that but I’m in this limbo of waiting to see if she comes back or just healing and dating other girls. Coach, I know you talk about all these signs of your ex coming back etc., but what about how to deal with no contact when you cant sleep cause you're just thinking about them all the time and wondering what they're doing? I have an abundance mindset, and other girls hit me up knowing Im single but I don't care about them. I just want her and it eats me alive. My ex broke up with me in march.. I completely shafted it trying to get her back to the point she'd hang out with me again, use pet names and pinch me etc. then abruptly stop contact saying it was "too much". I went overboard asking why and that it was no big deal to just hang out but... Now Im blocked on literally everything - including Pinterest. I would try to move on but we were about to get engaged. I know she still loves me but... She seems set on erasing me & the memory of me completely from her life. My friend said she put back old pictures of her previous exes on her IG. Only now im doing all the things I should have done. No contact is easy cause Im blocked on literally everything. Im hoping for the day she reaches out but I doubt it will come. On day 43 of no contact she reached out with hope me and the dogs are doing well & asked if she can see our puppy that we got together. Her texts were lengthy but I don't know. I look at it like a good sign but also feel hopeless at times

Instead of feeling hopeless, think positive..Also, there is a workshop that would be great for you both. Hi hun, I've got a question my ex and I broke up month ago it was pretty bad, however we own a business together. We have been doing the strategic no contact but I feel like it's taking longer than usual. He knows he's hurt me but I'm afraid he pities me and according to Coach Lee it's not a good sign and he won't be attractive. Wow I was with mine for 5 and a half too! She abandoned everything. @@arunmanikandan2680 initially, yes...then I assumed she was moved on with somebody else because she was distant and tried NC then when in reality, she was in the relief stage. After around two weeks she popped up at my house and we got into a really bad argument/fight but not physical. Then I went NC indefinitely and around the third month mark, she reached just reached out but she didn’t have anything to talk about really other than that argument which was weird. I could hear it in her voice the excitement to hear mine but I kept the conversation short and simple....not sure why she reached out because after that argument/fight, I thought that was the complete end.

Thank you coach lee.. I think through this entire ordeal of a breakup you have been the one thing that’s kept me going .. my ex left me on my birthday while I was (still am) pregnant.. I’m supposed to be on bed rest but when he left I had to work anyway because I’m a self employed hair stylist so I don’t make a penny when there’s no one in my chair.. so I’ve had to buy my baby and my self at risk so I could pay bills since he told me to move out .. so anyway I was feeling EXTREMELY LOW for the first few months and as hard as no contact is when you want your ex back, it has been made so much easier by watching your videos!! Today is 6 months since we last spoke- and 2 months since I stopped seeing his fb posts every day. I still miss him and I feel like maybe he is starting to miss me too. The hard part is, he and I have both been hurt before, and so even if we love someone we have practice in never speaking to them again... and he's a loner anyway, says openly that people he loves and thinks about regularly (even family) he doesn't really reach out and talk to them. She came back before and couldn't take accountability and blamed me for her not opening up. Seemed like narcissistic blame shifting to me. She complained about me to all her friends, her family, and her therapist when I thought I was on good terms with her.
She told me she only ever said sorry to get me to shut up. She told me nothing was ever good enough for me. She constantly tested my boundaries and I would get mad and break up with her. She would cry and beg me to take her back and promise me changes. She never changed though & she got colder and colder. I felt like I was being devalued.
She then treated me so badly that I left her I flipped my lid on her from dealing with it for so long (my mistake because I'm responsible for my own actions. I said terrible things to her and took back all the stuff I gave to her for her apartment. I felt very used and she would always scoff and roll her eyes at me when I mentioned it.) I saw her on a date with another guy a week later. I panicked and chased after her. It only pushed her away. But dude I am so fucking tired of these games. Why is it so hard for someone to treat me right? Is it because I give in and take them back before they actually make changes? I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.

so, here is my story....
she got angry with me because i was too needy,controlling shit.....she asked me for space but i kept begging so she completly blocked me from everything.....after 4 months she unblocked me .....as soon as i saw being umblocked i texted her"do you still hate me"? she then blocked me again...after 3 weeks she then unblocked me and sent a thumb...i just kept it on seen and didnt reply...after a week she asked me "how have you been"? i replied the following day..she asked about my family and then said to take care.....then i texted her for week..she never initied ..only dry replies with one word...so yesterday i texted her " good afternoon" she then replied that we shouldnt be connected in any medias cuz i am a mental torture to her....so i apolized and say i will not bother her anymore......

Move on. Sounds like you are toxic to each other
just go through vdos of coach lee. Dont initiate any contact focus on yourself and if she wanted to get back w you then take it slowly and dont be the one to initiate the contact they have broken the relation let them be the one to work to build it up
Coach Lee...I've been in NC for about 2months, everything has played out almost exactly like your videos describe, the stages, the signs (almost everyone mentioned in all videos) - the whole lot, we are in regular contact, and have been intimate recently, I never initiate and follow NC, we haven't really had "that conversation" and just keep it lite when we communicate - HOWEVER...he still speaks about the future without references to me being part of it. I'm so confused.
Lets not forgot someone out there listens to cries of our hearts, we may experience hardships in life because God let things happen for the best and also He gave us people to help like coach Lee

Coach Lee I feel hopeless. It’s been almost 2 months NC and I’m betting this girl has a new relationship, or she at least looks super happy. My breakup coach says go indefinite NC so I am doing that but I’m in this limbo of waiting to see if she comes back or just healing and dating other girls.

I have been so weak and broke NC a couple times. It’s been six weeks. I used getting my stuff back as an excuse and then asking for suggestions of a new kayak to buy. I feel like a failure because I can’t seem to stay in NC. It’s been 6 weeks since we broke up and it’s been the hardest thing not to tell him about all the things happening in my life. I miss him so much. Starting over from scratch so wish me luck. Hope it works this time and he will be the one to reach out to me!
I'm so confused still by everything. I did the no contact for 60 days, reached out via text, and he called the next day and it was an easy conversation. Now I haven't heard from him for the past week, anytime I post something on Facebook he always likes it or reacts positively. I just wish there was something I could do to try to move things along. Coach, I know you talk about all these signs of your ex coming back etc., but what about how to deal with no contact when you cant sleep cause you're just thinking about them all the time and wondering what they're doing? I have an abundance mindset, and other girls hit me up knowing Im single but I don't care about them. I just want her and it eats me alive.

I know she still loves me but... She seems set on erasing me & the memory of me completely from her life. My friend said she put back old pictures of her previous exes on her IG. Only now im doing all the things I should have done. No contact is easy cause Im blocked on literally everything. Im hoping for the day she reaches out but I doubt it will come. I just want peace about it.

I did no contact and now there is a rumor of a baby on the way. Mind you we're still married.
On day 43 of no contact she reached out with hope me and the dogs are doing well & asked if she can see our puppy that we got together. Her texts were lengthy but I don't know. I look at it like a good sign but also feel hopeless at times

My ex is living with me for 4 months after we broke up, and getting less angry by the time (well, he is the one asking a divorce, still he is the angry one).
