To all those who say dont take an ex back and find better...here is a warning. Modern dating is SO shallow and fake. The new people you date may not be better than your ex. Its also why your ex came back in the first place. If an ex comes back? At least try to make it work if you love them.

@@ohlalaxobeer we were together close to ten years, married about four. So we had a long history together. Also there was a third party involved but it didn’t matter. So don’t get discouraged if you think they left you for someone else. The rebound relationship will likely crumble fast and it’ll prove to them that you are the person they really want to be with!
Y’all they be coming back! How quickly depends a lot on what you do. You have to act completely unbothered. That means no subs on social media. No sad post. No looking like you are try to overdue it. Then when they come back act like you ain’t even thinking about a relationship. Make them convince you. Just control your anxiety and be patient. You have a lifetime to be in love.
Thank you for sharing this. He just left me after 7 years and said he solely wants to focus on himself and doesn't want to be in a relationship. He wants to travel for his music career no strings attached. I really don't talk to him much.. but we did share an apartment for 5 years and he currently has our two cats. I still have stuff at the apartment and I'm taking the cats sometime next week or the following week, so I still have to be in somewhat of communication. After I get all my stuff out, I plan on going no contact. No matter how hard. I've noticed now I'm sharing a lot more sappy things and relationship things and I need to stop doing that. He still follows me on all social media. We have a lot of love, but he feels like this is the best decision for him and he's being selfish. If you love them, let them go. Doesn't mean you're not going to love them anymore.. but you're going to heal yourself in that time and whatever happens happens. It's just really hard for me right now. I feel like my heart was ripped out of my chest and a whole chunk of my life is now missing.

I'm actually starting to think that now too. I was dumped 16 months ago after two lovely years and i have been totally broken, made the mistake of begging and pleading afterwards. But now i'm thinking do I really want her back now?...if she truly wanted me then she would be here today with me. They say after 1 month it’s lost. It was one year and 5 months and she finally reached out. In fact I knew a week earlier she was looking me up online. Asked if I still hate her. The odds of me thinking I would ever hear from her. Were zero. Letting go and accepting their decision works a lot. She’s back in my life. And yes, she still has feelings for me in case anyone is wondering. Where is it going now? I don’t know. And I’m okay with that. I do know the mistakes I made before I won’t make again. Heartbreaks are literally life changing. Especially when you heal in the right way. After a 6 year relationship I'm down 100 ibs and I'm 100x better than I was before. So grateful I got to experience focusing on myself.

I realised after several months that while I had been working on myself so much and having all kinds of introspection, she was still extremely bitter at me and hadn't grown whatsoever. All this time I have been putting her on a pedestal, but the dynamic flipped to where now she was living in the past and I had improved myself emotionally and physically and didn't need that bitterness in my life anymore. I still loved her but I had to let her go
11 year relationship yes ups and downs and we finally called it quits 8 mos ago then he got into a relationship w another, now they’ve broken up his choice and we’ve talked and talked for hours I don’t feel jealous or mad. Thank you for these videos. When I first started watching them not long ago, my husband and I were ending a 7 year marriage. I felt helpless and distraught and was looking for a way to win him back. I remember reading the comments of other viewers stating even though they didn't get their ex back, your video's had helped them. I didnt understand that at the time, and was solely focused on winning the love of my life back. It still hurts and months later I still cry, but I understand now what was meant by your other viewers. Watching your videos has helped me tremendously. It gave me the strength to cut contact between us so that we wouldn't further hurt one another and to allow me time to start healing. For anyone else going through losing a partner, please remember to put YOURSELF first and reevaluate whether the relationship should be saved or if its time to let go. I am gonna start posting this on every video I watch about exes. But please if your Ex comes back what ever you do DO NOT RUSH THINGS. Start again from the ground up. My ex moved out the first time she broke up with me. then I decided to get a new apartment I didn’t want to live in the old apartment because of memories and it was time for a fresh start it was the best decision I could had made moving to a new place. Then a month passed and we got back together she wanted to try it again. And then she moved back in to my new place and we only lasted a month and a half it was the worse decision ever. If I could give to the best advice. if you get back together start from the ground up slow and steady and make the relationship very strong before any big moves and make sure it’s gonna work out for a long time to come because you will fall back again and it sucks bad. She abandoned me the 2nd time again and now I am done. I gave this woman the moon the sun and the stars and she was never happy she still wanted me to get Pluto for her yea one of those types of people. Coach Lee got me through on my first breakup, it was roughly 2 weeks of being numb. 7 months later, that ex came back asking for forgiveness, but my heart was already given to someone else. This someone else is a committed man as Ive discovered. I dont know about romance anymore.
In my 40s I got frustrated with meeting people who were shallow and carried no hope or values. I started leaving the country and did a few dates with people in Montreal, Buenos ARies, Copenhagen, etc…… Americans are damaged and traumatized. My dates with people from other countries were vibrant and happy. I’ll never forget them. Good people with values.

Taking Coach Lees advice along with leaving my relationship in the hands of God, while moving on with my life during NC. Honestly I only cry maybe 1 a day if that and Im doing amazing! Gym, my paintings, dogs, trails n adventures, family time, friends, and going out even solo just to enjoy the day, not to mention my confidence is way up! My ex doesnt know me anymore , i shed myself! As i always say, if the current you isnt cutting it, its time to evolve💪🏼 Im not regretting my breakup at all! Im thriving!!! I do love and care for my SO but I care and love myself and life way too much to even consider it! If they arent in your day, dont worry, focus on what is and can be in your day that will amke it count! BTW i was the dumpee, in a 3yr + relationship, over a text, and my first relationship (im in my late 20s)! Yall can do this! It sucks n hurts but get driven!!!!
Luckily breakups are those types of things in life that break you down so you can rebuild yourself, especially if you improve and learn from it in a healthy way. I've been working out, eating less junk food, started college again, and been hanging out with friends more. Time and patience heals everything. I've been in no contact for about 5 months now and it really does get easier everyone. You're worth it, don't give up on yourself.

Yes, exactly this. Not every relationship should be saved or rekindled, but at the same time, unless it was your first relationship, then your ex at one point was the "someone better" that people tell you to move on to. The next "someone better" may not actually end up being that good, it can be hard to tell in the beginning. If you had a good relationship with your ex, trying again might not be a bad idea. At least you both know what you're getting into and where it went wrong the last time.
Today is 4 months post breakup and 34 days of NC. I started NC waaaaay late lol however I think I am ready to move on and leave him in the past. I still love him and miss him (it was a 6.5 year relationship so how can I not?) but I am in a great place and have learned to love myself even more. Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone!💕

Although it was extremely painful at the time, I'm so glad that my ex broke up with me (even over the text). This gave me a chance to developed myself, learned new hobbies, met new people... I recently met a new friend at a dog park, and we are developing a new relationship. In a mean time, my ex tried to text me again and acted like nothing ever happened after 14 months. After 6 days of thinking, I texted him back saying "Hope all is well". I hope he got an idea.

Why on earth would you expect her to reach out to you when you're the one who blew her off? You need to make the effort and reach out to her. You need to give her a reason to believe it's worth it to her to give things another try. If she has to be the one to reach out yet again, you haven't given her any reason to believe anything has changed or that you have worked on yourself. I’m in a similar situation as Phil here, i see the 2 replies questioning why he hasn’t reached out. What if you got them to stick around for a week after the initial break up started and started to be better but it wasn’t enough. After another week of fighting about the problems of the past they said they were tired of it and asked you to leave them alone? I think all we can do is give them their space, work on being better, and seeing where we are at if they do try to come back. But given how bad i was towards the end of our relationship, i feel i must honor her wishes of space, as hard as it’s been.

Well, today is a week ago she broke up with me. We had a great relationship but she had to do LDR for two months. We were so close before she left. She gave me a mug with our picture on it as well as a jar with love notes for every day she was away. Then a week ago she came back I picked her up from the airport with flowers. We spent the weekend together but I could notice something was a little off. The last month of the LDR she was neglecting me a little and when I brought this up she said that she really fell in love with me and she was sorry and she never want to break up with me and correct her mistake. I really thought she was sincere. I was her first boyfriend and she never was in love before she said. She also said it was a little scary for her to fall in love with me. But that doesn’t matter anymore, I thought everything would be better when she would finally come back and our LDR ended and we were close again. But she decided to break up because all of the sudden she said she lost her feeling for me. I was baffled because I never saw it coming but I think it’s better now. She also had pretty big issues with her self esteem she said and she had a tendency to self sabotage herself she told me the when she broke up. But she didn’t want to fix anything. When I left in tears and said goodbye she said she also just needed to process some things implying the breakup was not definite. But I’ve decided to move on now. I don’t deserve to be treated like this. She can go solve her issues on her own. Thanks coach lee
I think it's a matter of being at peace with it. Thank you, Coach Lee, for helping me come to terms with it. I don't want to reconcile with him because I can't trust him, but I sometimes miss him. Your videos help a lot.
My breakup was rather clean. In the two weeks that we have separated, we've had a few conversations about the breakup. First one, we just talked and I asked the questions that I wasn't supposed to and she got annoyed. My response was to tell her that I wasn't giving up. This was the worst one. The second convo was more of me telling her what I missed, she thanked me with teary eyes and then sent me links of apartments. The third one came before we told our children. This one was me letting her know that basically as of today (28th) my door remains open for reconciliation but that she needs to initiate that conversation, not me. Any acts of kindness will be received as being civil for the kids. We have slept together, all initiated by her. I don't cross that line unless she hints or initiates (rape purposes). How should I apply the no contact rule when we have kids? We've been together almost 13 years

That's a very high percentage. Both my ex’s never came back. I recently got broken up with with someone new I’s been seeing, completely out of the blue. It was going so well and completely blind sided me. His reasons were he couldn't see it long term and he's thinking of moving country full time. He previously called me his future wife and the one. He dropped my things back to me today. I was shaking but acted nonchalant. He kissed me on the cheek goodbye. I miss him so much and dont know it no contact will work from here since it was only a month. But an intense month.

My ex GF broke with me 4 days ago....yes...on Valentine’s Day, after a fairly heated argument over some stuff that most people would have dismissed as no big deal. We had been dating for 2 1/2 months. I know, not a lot of time but we spent a lot of time together and it was intense. She is an empath. We clicked together so well but because she’s an empath, she was super sensitive, so that made for some difficulties. She placed strikes against me over the pettiest things. I miss her so much though. I’m totally devastated. I don’t even know what to do now. I feel like there’s a huge hole in my chest. Thank you for being a beacon of light to many of us, Coach. Ex recently & suddenly broke things off after a 3-year stable relationship w/o problems. Although I took the breakup like a champ and did not beg, plead or negotiate, deep inside, there had been so many bad days where the pain & anxiety eats me up---I did everything right and was all in w/ him. Almost a month of NC, but I am coming to terms w/ the fact he might never want to get back together (bec. of the type of person he is). I just watch your videos to ease anxiety, but I don't think it'll happen for me. I just hope when I come back to this comment of mine, I've gotten to a healthier and better state.

I've just come out of a 5 month relationship, my ex gf broke up with me due to small arguments we were having, she also said she needed to fix herself which i tried helping her with but apparently I was the reason she couldnt fix herself, so she broke up with me after a little argument. I really care about her and we had a lot of happy memories, I didnt think lockdown and coronavirus helped at all. I even gave her her birthday presents to her after the day we broke up which was hard. Im currently 10 days into no contact, its been difficult but coach lee you have really helped me. Even if it was mostly bullshit; what matters was the impression that was made that you two in fact both agreed to it. Ex. One person brings it up and gives their reasons and the other says yeah I felt the same way and gives their reasons; and it ends on friendly/peaceful terms

That’s the situation that led me to finding this site, because I was desperate for any kind of help with my shock and confusion. If he and I would have talked about our situation (LDR), and agreed that most likely neither of us would want to move (we both disliked the other’s climates), then we would have lovingly, though sadly, parted. He was not a communicator, both because of a language-cultural barrier and his inability to open up. Anyway, that’s why I said what I said.

I’m still pretty confused too though because I know what she said to me was bullshit. She didn’t give me the full truth for whatever reason; probably afraid of confrontation or because the real reason would make her look like shit and she was protecting her image.

It’s been 3 months plus of no contact. There’s still no sign of him wanting to come back. He broke up with me out of sudden. It comes as a surprise to me, because I thought all were well. If you didn't behave badly you are the price he need to win back. When the dumpee is good as hell and the dumper can't see that they miss that price. You don't need someone who doesn't see you value and worth. You must see your own value and grow even more! They'll see it at some point and may regret their decision. I started to work on my self love and with small steps and action you start to see your value. One of those is say no when you really don't want something, like in my case, a cheating ex. She hasn't called. I see that I just wanted to call her so I could give her the rejection and it was all about my ego. I got rid of that cux my ego wanted revenge and the Karma and universe are the ones who can take that action and even multiply it many times. If that's so, after a month of NC I got the news that her grandmother died suddenly. May that he karma? BTW all this breakup is in a long distance relationships. Be strong!! Thank you for sharing this. He just left me after 7 years and said he solely wants to focus on himself and doesn't want to be in a relationship. He wants to travel for his music career no strings attached. I really don't talk to him much.. but we did share an apartment for 5 years and he currently has our two cats. I still have stuff at the apartment and I'm taking the cats sometime next week or the following week, so I still have to be in somewhat of communication. After I get all my stuff out, I plan on going no contact. No matter how hard. I've noticed now I'm sharing a lot more sappy things and relationship things and I need to stop doing that. He still follows me on all social media. We have a lot of love, but he feels like this is the best decision for him and he's being selfish. If you love them, let them go. Doesn't mean you're not going to love them anymore.. but you're going to heal yourself in that time and whatever happens happens. It's just really hard for me right now. They say after 1 month it’s lost. It was one year and 5 months and she finally reached out. In fact I knew a week earlier she was looking me up online. Asked if I still hate her. The odds of me thinking I would ever hear from her. Were zero. Letting go and accepting their decision works a lot. She’s back in my life. Heartbreaks are literally life changing. Especially when you heal in the right way. After a 6 year relationship I'm down 100 ibs and I'm 100x better than I was before. So grateful I got to experience focusing on myself.

I realised after several months that while I had been working on myself so much and having all kinds of introspection, she was still extremely bitter at me and hadn't grown whatsoever. All this time I have been putting her on a pedestal, but the dynamic flipped to where now she was living in the past and I had improved myself emotionally and physically and didn't need that bitterness in my life anymore. Thank you for these videos. When I first started watching them not long ago, my husband and I were ending a 7 year marriage. I felt helpless and distraught and was looking for a way to win him back. I remember reading the comments of other viewers stating even though they didn't get their ex back, your video's had helped them. I didnt understand that at the time, and was solely focused on winning the love of my life back. It still hurts and months later I still cry, but I understand now what was meant by your other viewers. Watching your videos has helped me tremendously. It gave me the strength to cut contact between us so that we wouldn't further hurt one another and to allow me time to start healing. For anyone else going through losing a partner, please remember to put YOURSELF first and reevaluate whether the relationship should be saved or if its time to let go. Its hard, but the heartache doesn't last forever and it will get easier everyday.

I am gonna start posting this on every video I watch about exes. But please if your Ex comes back what ever you do DO NOT RUSH THINGS. Start again from the ground up. My ex moved out the first time she broke up with me. then I decided to get a new apartment I didn’t want to live in the old apartment because of memories and it was time for a fresh start it was the best decision I could had made moving to a new place. Then a month passed and we got back together she wanted to try it again. And then she moved back in to my new place and we only lasted a month and a half it was the worse decision ever. If I could give to the best advice. if you get back together start from the ground up slow and steady and make the relationship very strong before any big moves and make sure it’s gonna work out for a long time to come because you will fall back again and it sucks bad. She abandoned me the 2nd time again and now I am done. I gave this woman the moon the sun and the stars and she was never happy she still wanted me to get Pluto for her yea one of those types of people. I know right now she is going through a hard time and is not happy realizing what she lost.

Luckily breakups are those types of things in life that break you down so you can rebuild yourself, especially if you improve and learn from it in a healthy way. I've been working out, eating less junk food, started college again, and been hanging out with friends more. Time and patience heals everything. I've been in no contact for about 5 months now and it really does get easier everyone. You're worth it, don't give up on yourself.

Yes, exactly this. Not every relationship should be saved or rekindled, but at the same time, unless it was your first relationship, then your ex at one point was the "someone better" that people tell you to move on to. The next "someone better" may not actually end up being that good, it can be hard to tell in the beginning. If you had a good relationship with your ex, trying again might not be a bad idea. At least you both know what you're getting into and where it went wrong the last time.
I'm married, so that gives me hope, especially since we've been interacting off-and-on.
Today is 4 months post breakup and 34 days of NC. I started NC waaaaay late lol however I think I am ready to move on and leave him in the past. Why on earth would you expect her to reach out to you when you're the one who blew her off? You need to make the effort and reach out to her. You need to give her a reason to believe it's worth it to her to give things another try. If she has to be the one to reach out yet again, you haven't given her any reason to believe anything has changed or that you have worked on yourself. So then what would the point be in getting back together with you? So that you can neglect and make her feel like crap some more? No thank you.

I’m in a similar situation as Phil here, i see the 2 replies questioning why he hasn’t reached out. What if you got them to stick around for a week after the initial break up started and started to be better but it wasn’t enough. After another week of fighting about the problems of the past they said they were tired of it and asked you to leave them alone? I think all we can do is give them their space, work on being better, and seeing where we are at if they do try to come back. But given how bad i was towards the end of our relationship, i feel i must honor her wishes of space, as hard as it’s been.
I left my ex due to major issues in the relationship, he ended up contacting me and we got back together but to be honest, getting back with them was not what I thought it was going to be. Attention and attraction is just gone. Time to move on.

Well, today is a week ago she broke up with me. We had a great relationship but she had to do LDR for two months. We were so close before she left. She gave me a mug with our picture on it as well as a jar with love notes for every day she was away.
Then a week ago she came back I picked her up from the airport with flowers. We spent the weekend together but I could notice something was a little off.
The last month of the LDR she was neglecting me a little and when I brought this up she said that she really fell in love with me and she was sorry and she never want to break up with me and correct her mistake. I really thought she was sincere. I was her first boyfriend and she never was in love before she said.
She also said it was a little scary for her to fall in love with me.
But that doesn’t matter anymore, I thought everything would be better when she would finally come back and our LDR ended and we were close again.
But she decided to break up because all of the sudden she said she lost her feeling for me. I was baffled because I never saw it coming but I think it’s better now.
She also had pretty big issues with her self esteem she said and she had a tendency to self sabotage herself she told me the when she broke up. But she didn’t want to fix anything.
When I left in tears and said goodbye she said she also just needed to process some things implying the breakup was not definite.
But I’ve decided to move on now. I don’t deserve to be treated like this. She can go solve her issues on her own.

My breakup was rather clean. In the two weeks that we have separated, we've had a few conversations about the breakup. First one, we just talked and I asked the questions that I wasn't supposed to and she got annoyed. My response was to tell her that I wasn't giving up. This was the worst one. The second convo was more of me telling her what I missed, she thanked me with teary eyes and then sent me links of apartments. The third one came before we told our children. This one was me letting her know that basically as of today (28th) my door remains open for reconciliation but that she needs to initiate that conversation, not me. That's a very high percentage. Both my ex’s never came back. I recently got broken up with with someone new I’s been seeing, completely out of the blue. It was going so well and completely blind sided me. His reasons were he couldn't see it long term and he's thinking of moving country full time. He previously called me his future wife and the one. My ex GF broke with me 4 days ago....yes...on Valentine’s Day, after a fairly heated argument over some stuff that most people would have dismissed as no big deal. Although I took the breakup like a champ and did not beg, plead or negotiate, deep inside, there had been so many bad days where the pain & anxiety eats me up---I did everything right and was all in w/ him. I've just come out of a 5 month relationship, my ex gf broke up with me due to small arguments we were having, she also said she needed to fix herself which i tried helping her with but apparently I was the reason she couldnt fix herself, so she broke up with me after a little argument. I really care about her and we had a lot of happy memories, I didnt think lockdown and coronavirus helped at all. I even gave her her birthday presents to her after the day we broke up which was hard. Im currently 10 days into no contact, its been difficult but coach lee you have really helped me. That’s the situation that led me to finding this site, because I was desperate for any kind of help with my shock and confusion. If he and I would have talked about our situation (LDR), and agreed that most likely neither of us would want to move (we both disliked the other’s climates), then we would have lovingly, though sadly, parted. He was not a communicator, both because of a language-cultural barrier and his inability to open up. Anyway, that’s why I said what I said.

If you didn't behave badly you are the price he need to win back. When the dumpee is good as hell and the dumper can't see that they miss that price. I started to work on my self love and with small steps and action you start to see your value. One of those is say no when you really don't want something, like in my case, a cheating ex. She hasn't called. I see that I just wanted to call her so I could give her the rejection and it was all about my ego. I got rid of that cux my ego wanted revenge and the Karma and universe are the ones who can take that action and even multiply it many times. If that's so, after a month of NC I got the news that her grandmother died suddenly. May that he karma? BTW all this breakup is in a long distance relationships. Be strong!!
