Coach Lee, I can't thank you enough. You are truly my saviour, especially during my darkest times. I followed your no contact rule for around three months and now he wants me back. Even though at that time he told me that we will never get back together etc. After following everything you said, I did it. I lost hope SO MANY times and I kept on questioning whether this would actually work, but I chose to believe in you and the no contact rule and here I am now. How to deal with the resentment towards them ? When they left you during one of the most difficult and crucial period of life whereas you were standing strong with them during theirs. This type of betrayal can easily drown one person into anxiety and depression .And it just gets more difficult to fight when you see everything crumbling right in front of your eyes.
Empathetic people a lot of times get intertwined and start to date a narcissistic person but the reality is to except it and walk away ... love yourself and if they are supposed to be in your life , they have a lot of catching up to you to do. Pain is real and the feelings of love are raw, put the feelings of love onto yourself and love you and realize that time will heal. I am 6 months NC... I know how you feel but you have to love yourself more and just let go. We don’t know what is around the bend but you will be the best Version of yourself if you don’t crumble and you know your worth. Stay Strong

He’s very stubborn, proud, strong, and disciplined. I’m terrified he’ll never come back. Not because he doesn’t want to but because he’s a dismissive avoidant and able to shove his feelings down and ignore them. For decades. My anxiety is starting to gas light myself and think maybe he just didn’t like me anymore even though I know what we had was real and genuine and that he loved me.
Mine had one , to my knowledge he is gone , we had a 3 year relationship, and with a 2 yr old , I stayed in no contact but only to take care of the kiddo when needed. The thing with the rebound relationship is that I don't know how some people would be okay with their ex dating and sleeping with someone else and then coming back to them? I would never accept that, that is the lowest point for someone. The moment your ex sleeps with someone else should be done for you, in your head. You should definitely try to move on after this. How much I'm trying to get her back I wish to succeed before she is meeting someone else because if that happens, I will never be able to take them back knowing they've been with someone else. It’s about to barely be 4 months. She left me for a married fool, destroyed a marriage, and the guys wife just had his child. I was with her for about 4 years. This is a really good video.. 38 days of no contact after I caught my ex of 2 years cheating, confronted him and he left ME. I did make it a difficult breakup.. and it dragged out for 2 weeks, haven’t heard from him. Coach Lee sadly it has been 5 months since our break up. I have broken down to many times and contacted him. 14 years of raising our kids and loving each other. But you remain right. I have restarted my countdown again on No Contact. The first 24 hours is always the hardest.
If you had emotions that was strong for the person, wait before dating someone new until you heal and feel ready, that can take 1 month or 1 year. Never rebound. Dont feel stressed meeting someone new, even if your ex has met someone. Its about you own emotions, your own soul and happiness. Emotions just dont die easy, even if you are hurt. It is normal. Same here, I also listened to clay Andrew’s and by god I wish I didn’t, he talks the biggest load of rubbish with his “advanced relational” skills garbage and made me anxious enough that I contacted him to build a connection according to him even though he was reaching out to me. Doing that actually Made me feel worse as I felt he was only responding out of politeness. Coach lee as well as other coaches that promote your ex must be the one to reach out to you and initiate are correct. It’s more genuine when it comes from them whereas if you reach out they may respond but could just be being cordial. Also ignoring your ex is bullshit as well, if they directly reach out, please respond!!!

Don’t listen to clay Andrew’s where he says contact when you feel ready to build an emotional connection, your best option is no contact as it allows them to miss you, don’t be contacting them as it delays them missing you and re opens old wounds but I know it’s hard, I’m sorry he hasn’t contacted yet 😞 Though I know in another of coach lees videos separation anxiety tends to peak between 45 days and 75 days roughly

I definitely became more stressed in lockdown and I’m sure I’m not alone in this, I just don’t understand why exes can’t understand this and try to get passed the hump in this to give the relationship a chance. I got into a serious car accident I saw her little sister watch my story and then saw that my ex saw my story but she never reached out or anything it’s been almost 4 months now I thought she would’ve saw to see if I’m okay....I remember my last thought was seeing her and I at a lake house smiling before I got knocked out...I feel like I should call her because I nearly died and wanna just apologize for everything and ask for another chance or something she meant more to me than I thought I really thought I moved on...
After 8 months I had some trouble at work and my ex started to text to see what was going on then she asked for face time, spent a good hour chatting. The next day I messaged her to see if she ever wanted to go for coffee or something to eat. I got back from her it’s to soon she doesn’t want to lead me on. I lost my cool I told her I still love her and miss her. She came back with she doesn’t want to back step. But she loves the memories of are time together. I guess that says it all it’s over for good.

Man, after 5 months and no contact it’s most likely done. I’m probably going to be in that same situation in a couple months if my ex doesn’t reach out. we still have physical attraction for each other and hangout sometimes but some people are set on what they say. Come on guys, they are not coming back and you know it. Coach Lee helped me by giving hope during those really hard times after the break up and I thank him for that, but ultimately I had to step up and kill that hope in order to move on. I dreamt of seeing a person killed last night. That male person impersonated my attempts to get back together I think. It hurted so much to see it dying hanging upside-down in the air, bleeding.. Breakup was 5 months ago, she came back when her pet died 2 months later for comfort. She disappeared again. Its been 3 months since we last talked felt like forever but proud of myself of all the progress on my mind and body Ive done. I have a feeling she found someone else but it’s not my problem anymore.

This is so good! I haven’t broke the no contact rule since January when he told me he needed time. I do work with him, but I just keep it light and simple. I was depressed and everything for a couple months, but as of right now I am happy and looking into the future. He will see that in person and the way I’m communicating, but he said he needed time so I hope he’s happy with the new girl, but when he comes around again I will be gone.

See I made the mistake of reaching out to my Ex after 3 weeks of no contact. I politely asked how she was and was ignored. So I then went and sent a message saying that I respect her decision not to reply, but I do wish she hadn’t kicked me out of her life by text etc. and wishing her well, saying goodbye etc. That message rattled her cage to which she replied “I did not kick you out of my life”, and “you said text when I was ready etc”, none of which I actually said to her. I really do wish I stayed in no contact now, but that little conversation has actually made me more confident without her.
I broke no contact to collect my property. My Doc Ex sent his secretary to throw me out of his office and told his secretary to tell me that he threw away my stuff. That was the last time I heard from him.

I realized my ex is so immature during the no contact rule. He wanted the perfect relationship. To anyone reading this, this shit works. I'm in a very unusual situation (more of a casual/poly situationship that ended and they still wanted to be in contact and hook up from time to time) and I don't think we're ever going to get back together (cause we were never really together in the first place). But the more I've not contacted them, the more they reach out to me. The more I don't contact them, the more respect I have for myself, which I can bring to the table when my ex reaches out to me. Do it for yourself.
Although my ex has told me there is a chance of us getting back together, although they’ve said they look at pics and wish things were different, although there was an engagement, I cannot be anyone’s “insurance policy”. We kissed and hugged and loved on each other and he went back to his state and I stayed here. I haven’t spoken to him since. I went back into no contact. Honestly 6 months should be a goal for realistic growth. The relationship will not work unless change has been manifesting. Therapy may be needed on both sides. Physical changes are the easy part. Most people either lose or gain weight after a long relationship I loss he gained weight.

I did make it a difficult breakup.. and it dragged out for 2 weeks, haven’t heard from him. After 8 months I had some trouble at work and my ex started to text to see what was going on then she asked for face time, spent a good hour chatting.
The next day I messaged her to see if she ever wanted to go for coffee or something to eat. I got back from her it’s to soon she doesn’t want to lead me on. I lost my cool I told her I still love her and miss her. She came back with she doesn’t want to back step. But she loves the memories of are time together.

Breakup was 5 months ago, she came back when her pet died 2 months later for comfort. She disappeared again. See I made the mistake of reaching out to my Ex after 3 weeks of no contact.
I politely asked how she was and was ignored. So I then went and sent a message saying that I respect her decision not to reply, but I do wish she hadn’t kicked me out of her life by text etc. and wishing her well, saying goodbye etc.
That message rattled her cage to which she replied “I did not kick you out of my life”, and “you said text when I was ready etc”, none of which I actually said to her.

I realized my ex is so immature during the no contact rule. He wanted the perfect relationship. To anyone reading this, this shit works. I'm in a very unusual situation (more of a casual/poly situationship that ended and they still wanted to be in contact and hook up from time to time) and I don't think we're ever going to get back together (cause we were never really together in the first place). But the more I've not contacted them, the more they reach out to me. The more I don't contact them, the more respect I have for myself, which I can bring to the table when my ex reaches out to me. Very difficult to keep the no contact when there is a major earthquake in the equation and you are worried sick.
Honestly 6 months should be a goal for realistic growth. The relationship will not work unless change has been manifesting. Therapy may be needed on both sides. Physical changes are the easy part. Most people either lose or gain weight after a long relationship I loss he gained weight.
