  • Here are the shoulder stretches without the introduction. Should take about 6 minutes. If you do have problems in the neck shoulder area it is a good idea to include some shoulder stretching in to your daily routine. The first 5 don't require any particular equipment and the last shoulder flexion one could be done without the resistance band if you wish- it is just good to help deepen the stretch a bit.
    1. Slow shoulder swing
    2. One arm hug
    3. Chest opener
    4. Pec stretch
    5. Triceps stretch
    6. Shoulder flexion
