I had the same bike a 2009. I sold it Sept 2020 put on 193000 km, had to update taps, hardest thing was keeping tires on it. I enjoyed it so much. I now have 2016 Stelvio with over 60000 km

You don't drive a motorcycle you ride it. Said in a friendly respectful manner.

Engine warning light is very likely the common Oil Pressure Sensor which sits right between the V under the tank. I just had mine replaced, and when I had a Norge the same thing happened but only had to do it once.
That's definitely not got 800k on it.. she's a beauty! Also barely even been wet by the looks of the bolts. The dash is an expensive unit to replace.. It was on my Norge at least... that is to say the clocks on these puppies don't like moisture so check the rear and re-seal as necessary.
The indicator arrows relate to warnings of indicators not being operable, but if someone has converted the bulbs to LEDs this could happen. There is a way to rig a resistor into the bulb housing so that the system doesn't trip the error on the display; details on the forums somewhere if you look up Stelvio LED Conversion or some such. Was only looking at it the other day after a rear bulb went out and the manual suggested I needed to take out six screws from the underside and possibly remove the wheel to access the tail lights.. Thankfully i needed some new tires and a full service anyway.
When you get them sussed out they're magic, but too many people sadly get spooked by the odd fuse blowing (which is why many change the spots from the OEM very rapidly). I went with Denali D4's and my god they're immense. My tech managed to hook them up to the old sliding 'AUX Lights' or Fog switch on the right bar, though not without some cursing apparently lol
    Cool story though bro! 👌

If none of the other suggestions about the light warning error helps if it has hazard lights switch check there. If it has aftermarket leds replacing halogen lights put some in line diodes in the positive and more importantly negative wire leads to see if back feed isn't causing the fault. Had a similar problem on my old Suzuki and a hand full of diodes cost like 15 cents. So for under a buck and some well spent time you can protect yourself from shortages and over heating of the wire harness. As for mileage, would have to tear down the motor to say. But an under stressed motor that's taken care of, not impossible. I think i remember a few years ago on the internet some guy with a beater Toyota with either 1 or 2 million miles on it.
I always tell people that nothing is ever really broken, it's just a question of how far you're willing to go to fix it.
And I find that statement to be true in all aspects of life.
Buy a shop manual, study the wire diagram like a bus map and remember that the bus (electricity) has to leave from the starting terminal and absolutely must return in the same conditions. It's a circle that must be completed intact.
    Cheers.

Check if you have an led bulb where a incandescent belongs, the reduced draw can post an error.

It looks almost brand new, that's a 2008 m.y., as far as I can say. It's well kept too, judging from the collectors definitely shiny and the seat. I don't know what's the matter with that odometer, but ok: just make it check by a Guzzi dealer. As a matter of fact I totally agree on the pleasure such a motorcycle delivers: as a Stelvio owner this ride is definitely underrated in my eyes. Ciao from Italia.

I have two Moto Guzzi's and have found electronics is not the Italians strong point, mechanically they are great but if you own an Italian vehicle you will experience minor electrical issues. It helps to have a vague idea of how it works neither one has ever left me stranded in 60,000+ miles.

You don't get zero(s) in front of the actual mileage readout.

Red warning light is "a general error". In many cases LCD will show you what it is. In this case I see faulty light bulb warning. Also I see LED bulbs in headlight, thats probably the cause... Ordinary H4 shoulb be there, not the LEDs a this may cause faulty bulb warding as the LEDs have dofferent power draw and resistivity. Not sure about front turn indicators, here in Europe we have them in the front of the silver fairings and when bulb goes out, it also shows light bulb error.

I think you should go to your local Guzzi dealer and get the warning lamps checked out and reset, get them turned off. Get to give the bike a health check for your own peace of mind. You probably need to find a specialist non franchise guy who has worked on Guzzi for years. Bike looks great btw. Have you any service books with it? Think you were bang on the money, about right I’d say.👍🏻👍🏻😎😎🇬🇧👋👋

A buddy has a similar ntx with 350.000 km on it.
Apart from normal maintenance, only the clutchplate has been replaced.
Just drive these 1200 Guzzi's, they can handle hughe kilometers.
