“Why won’t my headphones go louder” is the issue of EVERY metalhead
I cant hear you!?
Im sorry but i would like to keep my ears....
Even though id want to put it up higher
I keep busting my shit wtf lol
GREAT response Zack...It is SOOOOOOO true...
In this song i think there is a strong blues influence (Texas origin) . And a great groovy drumming . The sounds of the guitar were innovative
R.I.P Dimebag Darrell and Vinnie Paul..
The only good thing is finally the brothers are reunited.
The two Metal Legends
@Rob I vinnie was cancer I think and dimebag was shot my a mental unstable person at a concert
Rob I sadly Dimebag was shot on stage whilst performing with another band, Vinnie sadly died of a heart disease.
Was I the only one that thumbed this up at the start of the vid? :P
Almost 30 years ago, I found the Cowboys From Hell CD in my cousins room and popped it in the CD player out of curiosity because I thought the cover looked cool. 15 seconds into this song - the first song on the record - a 9 year old lifelong metalhead was born. Their music helped me get through some very rough years when I was a teenager and the impact that this band, this song, has had on my life as they kept my head up high as others were trying to keep it down, cannot be overstated.
Love it Dennis ♥️🤘
I love this story.
That's how I discovered ACDC...a cassette in my cousin's room.
Also how I discovered GNR. Bought it cause the cover looked cool. 6 months later when Welcome dropped I'd already worn out that tape and bought another!
STOP CALLING YOURSELF A HIP HOP HEAD...
*you're a metal head now* ;)
ok
You can never go wrong with Pantera!

"This love" even... or fuckin hostile! too many good songs
@@FruakkSilk ALL OF THEM!!!!
Alex, i suggest you to hear the entire "Cowboys from hell" album if you like so much Pantera. That is my favourite album from my favourite band of all time, you won't regret it.
Maybe you can do this reaction as a Dimebag tribute on the 8th December, the anniversary of his death
Stay Metal \m/
Alessio Toffolo yes!!!!!
has this guy ever done a reaction video in which he hates the song?
CFH it's a must-listen álbum definitely. Pantera will always be the most badass band of the 90's
@The Anti Christ The great southern trendkill
Hey mate I’ve loved watching you progress into a metal head 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
The best thing is that there will always be room to grow in the metal scene
My dad was making fun of me for liking metal and not old rock. I feel offended
I wish my friends knew about you
jason hobday Metal is love and my own Religion!🤘🏼
Me too! I Remember videos called ' hip hop head reacts to...' Very cool transition/metamorphosis, 😆
Actually, Phil is from New Orleans but yes, the rest of the band is from Texas. Glad to see PanterA again on the channel!
pantera and slipknot always get me pumped up for anything and everything🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘😎😎😎😎
Pantera is significantly better than Slipknot.
TheDretch ok cool opinion
@@christianhall5744 I think so as well! \m/
obviously
Designated Shitposter maybe
The ‘omg’ just before the solo, then the smile, then the ‘that’s nasty’ during the solo..nice to know pantera still has this effect on newbies after all these years RIP Dime \m/
*¿Do you suffer depression? Listen pantera.*
Erectile problem ? Listen Pantera
Love it bro
Hell yea. I feel that😂
Nahuel Cyrox i do
Gf breakup? Listen megadeth and pantera
Pantera was the first band that got me into metal and heavy music
Same. VDOP was the first metal album I ever listened to
Robert Burkinshaw my first song I heard by pantera was this love and it blew my mind
adam butterfield yeah they really are great
I was already a metal head but Pantera broke me out of the thrash only rut. Still love thrash but there is so many other styles to love. Melo Death for example is probably my fave.
@@adambutterfield2307 same bro😊
"Pantera.. that's what I want!"
Damn right, Hef!
Vulgar Display of Power full album needs to be on his list
Why this wasn't in the Red Dead 2 soundtrack bewilders me.
They should of played it during the braithwaite manor mission.
@@bigrich6075 DAMN RIGHT, BRO!
@@SuperNoX86 like right after Dutch says "if we ain't gonna be civilized about this". They should of started the song with the lyrics "OH COME ON" when the shooting starts.
Just a tip as an "audiophile" you were "asking" why the headphones wont get louder, try to find an USB DAC(audio card) that can push more power than the built in one. The HD650's require way more power than your typical headphones since they have much higher resistance.
^ Truth. Get you a nice DAC/Amp unit. I highly recommend Schiit Audio. I splurged on the Jotunheim Multibit and it just makes my Sennheisers sound absolutely incredible. You could start small with something like their Fulla or Magni. I hear that the JDS Labs O2+ODAC is amazing as well for the money.
no idea what any of this means
@@joshsnell6825 "Schiit Audio" you say? Sounds kind of poopy.
PANTERA FLOODS
Thats dimes riff that he started making when he was a kid lol awsome song
UP
Crippling Expresso Best solo guitar ever
Great song, bad ass song. R.i.p Vinnie Paul and Dime
I'm glad many more ladies are into metal now than in "the old days", but my favorite quote about Pantera still comes from Butthead in the 90s: "The only thing cooler than a band that GETS chicks, is a band that SCARES chicks." :P
Goosebumps every time that riff opens up the song RIP Dime N Vin
Pantera - Becoming or Slaughtered
Two headbanging BANGERS
I would like to hear a Hollow reaction actually. I think it would have a bigger impact.
Slaughtered!!!!
Slaughtered for sure! Imo its one of their heaviest songs.
Becoming !
R.I.P Dimebag, beautiful song!
coIo12 and VP!
Possibly the most metal band ever. I wish we could have had 20 more years of their music.
Definitely one of my favorite bands and songs! So glad you checked it out and great reaction vid! I like your edits and humor. You're channel is great! Thanks for sharing!
RIP Vinnie Paul and Dimebag Darrell!

Hey bud another good choice as always, hats off to everyone recommended good songs and thank you alex for yet another awesome reaction video
Drowning pool - bodies 🤔
Can’t remember if you watched Cemetery Gates by Pantera, but that’s a good song to show Phil’s range of vocals. He gets really high vocal wise.
@Drummer For Life, he did, shortly after Vinnie died.
Floods and hollow by pantera next! 🤘🏻 Loved the video 😁
FINALLYYYYY!!! Thank you!
Ah, the boys from Arlington, Texas! Damn it I miss seeing them live and Yes they did have fun on stage!

you'll often hear people say that Dimebag is a guitar god. it's well deserved. to see what i mean, listen to how much he can do in the song Domination. pretty awesome
Pantera for life!
Keep the good work Alex.
6:54 listen to Pantera - Slaughtered... you won’t be saying that you could get heavier than Pantera after hearing that one
cute
Bruh, Slaughtered is a fuckin brutal song probably my favorite from Pantera
Pantera really are light weight though. even their heaviest songs.
soulcrusher807 for the 90's / early 2000's they were considered pretty heavy at the time
@@RidePuppets4Justice If all you knew is what was going on in the mainstream then sure. But death metal was already making waves. Cannibal Corpse had released their first album the same year as Cowboys from Hell. Possessed was releasing death metal in 1985. Death was around even earlier. 1983.
Heck yeah bro!!! Now react to COAL CHAMBER LOCO!!!
Fernando Jimenez once he does he should do Devildriver too
I could care less- devildriver
Or sway
These are all good but I think loco really shows what they're all about and the music video is sick... and the song is the shit.
Oh yeah definitely, I feel you on that. I had his hairstyle from that video for a while. I came into them and seven dust from a movie called captain howdy

You'll never see a Pantera show dude, sorry.... R.I.P. Dimebag and Vinnie
KoRn nuTT - I saw them a few times. some of the best concerts I attended.
@@shotaholic1 so fuckin lucky man
My very first concert was Skid Row w/ Pantera (when Vulgar came out). Very glad I got a chance to see them. Hell of an experience.
Yeah. It's a damned shame that they never got a chance to reunite. I got to see them on New Year's Eve 1998 with Soulfly, Slayer, Megadeth, and Black Sabbath, and that show was frickin' amazing!
@@mattw.6726 Damn, that's fuckin sick!
My favorite Panthers song . Glad you enjoyed it . R.I.P. Vinnie and Dinebag rocked on in heaven!
I loved this reaction, you dug into some deep shit in the end there ;) Hail Pantera 🤘🏻
Another band that’s great that had Vinnie and Dime in it is Damageplan! They’re great. Should definitely watch Save Me by Damageplan.
So is "Moment of Truth". So fucking heavy.
You should check out Down. A band with Phil Anselmo and Rex Brown from Pantera. Amazing band as well
Justin Bowman fuck Phil 😂
Being from Texas also. I’ve seen pantera 3 times. Loudest and best shows I’ve ever been to.
Yes, Cowboys from Hell. It is so amazing. More Pantera Please. My 2nd fav metal metal band. This reaction is long overdue.
Phil's speaking voice gotcha sweatin'. Love Pantera. Phil has an incredible voice- his range in his younger years was something to behold. Hitting high notes left and right. He can sing low. He can scream. He can sing with soul. He writes amazing lyrics. Dime has such beautiful tone and technique. Vinnie hits those drums so hard and fast, and Rex lays down the groove in a way that complements Dime and makes it so rich. Together they are so TIGHT! CFH forever! Do more Pantera.
Please react to Rooster by Alice in Chains! It's such a good song with a great meaning. It's their best song imo. Even the video is great. I've been requesting for months. Please like so he can see this
This needs to happen

I'm so glad you finally listened to this song! Pantera's "Primal Concrete Sledge" should be up next.

Opeth - Ghost of Perdition
When listening to Pantera, you forget about all your worries because you're way too immersed in the music :^) ♡
As longlife being a Pantera Fan, I can tell that you did very well man and that part of the song at the end was Badass!, keep the good work friend 🤘
Appreciate you getting the headbanging timing right at the end.
Hell yeah my man!!!! PANTERA!!!!

He already has reacted to that
Gotta like this!! Headbanging, air guitar, screaming, just nice!
Finally uncensored. Thank you
DARK TRANQUILLITY - FORWARD MOMENTUM
Dimmu Borgir (pronounced 'dim-yoo bor-gear') - "Mourning Palace" and also "The Serpentine Offering" are both AMAZING songs! Whenever I am introducing someone to Dimmu Borgir for the first time, I ALWAYS play them "Mourning Palace". That being said, the video for "The Serpeting Offering" is like a freakin' movie, SUPER-HIGH QUALITY, so awesome!
Dim-moo* or dim-muu (the european 'u', can't think of an English word that uses it, but you can clearly hear it in the song 'Dimmu Borgir'.;) )
I love how much u love Pantera bro... There my favorite ever ever ever easily
Best band. Amazing live
You know he likes the song when he yells “hoooooooooooooo” 😂😂😂🙌🙌🙌
I swear to god. I was listening to this very song when you have released this video.
Saw pantera 4 times when I was young... best shows I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many... whatever you think it is to see Pantera live... I assure you, it was better
Oh hell yeah, brother. Damn Pantera with one of the best songs in metal history. Freaking amazing.
rip Vinnie & dimebag.. need some 10's or shedding skin.
10s has my favorite Dime solo. That riff in Shedding Skin is totally insane.
Floods is my fav solo and that outro gives me chills
10's is the most underrated pantera song. Its my personal favorite from them
Check out when Pantera perform their song Domination at Monsters of Rock :D
R.I.P Dime Bag you will be forever missed man still to this day one of my favorite guitarists
Dimebags playing is/was second to none and Phil has an unbelievable range it's always stunning to hear
@4:54 the secret to the black metal screetch is you inhale to do it. Tense your throat almost to close it off and use your diaphragm to pull in air as hard as you can, and adjust for effect

One of the most iconic riffs in metal!
Ice Nine Kills - Stabbing in the dark! Should tbh start with "The american nightmare- then "Thank god its friday" then "A grave mistake" and lastly "Stabbing in the dark" since they are all about horror movies and belong to their own little serie, all with both a few min intro and outro. freaking cool!
Yes crazy vocals. A lot of lead singers that do screaming like that after a whole show are spitting up blood. Thats awesome dedication to your music. Much respect
I remember seeing this video or the very first time when a life-long friend brought it over on a vhs tape. From the moment I saw it, I was hooked. Been a fan ever since.
