I met Darryl the day after he dyed his goatee pink he said he wasn't sure he was going to keep it
and Vinnie had just bought a tracker ''vehicle''
Did you delete my comment??
@@erike76 no, I don’t delete comments. I actually thanked you for linking that video.
It’s gone. Weird!😱
*Phil hits first high notes*
Reactors: 😲
Pantera fans: Wait for it... 😏
😂
The last dive bomb gives me goosebumps every time.
Exactly 🤘
Lol, yep.
"It's almost like the guitarist is another singer."
Welcome to Dimebag. ❤️
❤❤
"Yeah, that ended way too soon." Truer words have never been spoken. RIP Dime and Vinnie 🤘
Said every pantera fan ever
I'm on the verge of crying after those words.
Always leave them wanting more.
R.I.P. Vinnie & Dimebag. Texas Legends. Metal Legends. Legends.
Cowboys! ❤
We miss em in Michigan
Salute from CCTX! RIP VINNIE AND DARRELL!
Ain't no other like a brother from you same mother?
✊🏻✊🏻✊🏻✊🏻✊🏻
Aww, yeah. Forever stronger than all.
Found you again. Your not too far from any Pantera reaction are you 😝 sure wish I could find a girl that loves pantera as much as you do 😊
For the people who left behind and talk shit, they're just "Piss in the wind"
"The lead singer is a monster". I mean dude normally talk like monster too lmao
I ❤when people realize that metal has talented singers etc… RIP dimebag and vinnie
Yes another Pantera compilation. Cool idea. The people you chose in your compilation. Phil does have a very good voice too.
thank you, glad you enjoyed it
“yeah, that ended way too soon” story of dimes life.
Rip Vinnie & Dimebag. I was lucky enough to see Pantera when they were still together. They were freaking fire. 🔥
Dimebag Darrell is the best metal guitarist ever. I will say that on every reaction video. He was special...
The charismatic voice lady looks thoroughly terrified all the way through 😂
what about the Doug dude complimenting the keyboard? [it's a bass LOL]
Till the end of days people will smile on those brothers.
And this is where I like to say, I had the pleasure of seeing them live, a near masterpiece of vibrational communication
oh yeah, I saw them multiple times live. of the hundreds of shows/festivals I’ve been to and the hundreds upon hundreds of bands I’ve seen live…they were easily top 3 all time, every time.
Gather around, children. Watch pure talent with me.
Hauntingly Immaculate to the ears and soul.
Beautiful, unique song; how can anyone NOT love this song?
Love the group shot when he started the climb.. And he KEPT going.
Classic!
Always on my playlist.
These dudes represented the State of Texas like no one's business! As a Native Texan I couldn't be more proud!
#Texas
#VP&Dime
#Texassons
This band came out and kicked you're ass and made you love it!!!
VINNIE and DIME .. they were THE BEST METAL SOUND EVER... E V E R !!!
Hell yeah another video, already one of my favourite channels.
thank very much. I appreciate that.
Rest In Peace Vinnie & Dimebag, my heroes. There will never be another duo like them again.
I love people who probably played their entire life and know the ends and outs of chords, progression, and keys..... Just to find out dimebag perfects it while throwing it out the window !
if this doesn't give you chills you don't know passionate good music!! 1 of the greatest songs EVER!!! Just like hearing Elvis Ghetto the 1st time!! Whooo just errie and amazing all at once!!!
YES! love this band. love this song. loving this compilation. 😋
Always Rest in peace, Dime and Vin..😢😢❤❤❤
I love how some of them try to break down the music by notes and scales and stuff and its like good luck its Pantera they play with soul not brains lol
I'd love to see Phil doing a reaction video to these guys doing their reaction video.
That would be priceless!
Shred is not on the classical scale.
Definitely ended way to soon and to think that we may never experience such greatness again. R.I.P. DIME & VINNIE
R.I.P Brother of Metal Legend
I love seeing these reactions to the songs I grew up listening to. How it blows them away hearing it for the 1st time
It is friggin hilarious watching square's reactions to something completely out of their wheelhouse
None of these people are “squares,” but ok. If that makes you feel cool, you go for it.
Pantera 🤟
WHAT IS THAT MELODY???!?!?!??!
Awesome editing, dude! Blending the album version reactions with the abbreviated reactions seamlessly...really nice....
thank you so much, I appreciate that!
It's not an ordinary song man
Excellent editing. Ive watched all of their reactions and they stop the song alot to comment. You kept it rolling nicely. Bravo!
I wanna say. Thank you for respect
This song is about how the lead singer of Pantera was filling & felt when his mother passing away. This is his experience through music.
I loved how it was all over the place as far as timing. Slow, fast, chaotic, dark and sludgey. That's before the lyrics kick in
Still feels like the song came out yesterday🔥🔥🔥
Phil Anselmo and Dimebag, two of the best of all time.
Vinnie Paul was a great drummer as well.
R.I.P. Dimebag and Vinnie, hope the brothers are resting well.
I don’t see it get mentioned much but that bass player is a beast too
Pantera was even better live and the most interactive Metal band I’ve ever seen- they did a club circuit in the late 80’s to be close to their fans and boy oh boy they wrecked it!!! I smoked dope w them in a DC dressing room being they always picked local bands to open and I knew 2 of their picks. Dimebag was soo funny and sweet- after the last local show I saw COPS flooded the lot after Pantera Security pummeled some Ahole bouncers that where bullying ppl. Phil stopped the show warned Security staff they should stop now or reap it- 2 seconds later Phil sent their security into the pit and MonsterF$caked the Bouncers that tried to puff up and go toe to toe- it was awesome!!! Later in their tour bus with em being Rex recognized me along w their Roadies and we watched, smoked hella weed and drank until the Cops left. Once in a lifetime event for me but it was well known this happen as needed by them.
Blows my mind to watch people who have a preconceived notion that metal is just playing loud and fast and unsophisticated discover the magic that was Pantera. Best there is, best there was, best there ever with be.
I was there the first time they played this live at a club called the basement
To me this is one of the most perfect songs ever composed.
Live on Dime.... We all miss you.....
agreed
Love the quad box when Anselmo first belts that high E.
🤘🏻😁
I love it when experts pull apart Masters!
phil can lil of everything :) R.I.P. Vinnie & Dimebag. Texas Legends. Metal Legends
Great editing it's so nice to also enjoy the song
1990....wow!!
STILL can't touch this magic with all the advancements and trick edits!
RIP Dime and Vinnie!!!!
Only other baddest brothers are the DIAZ brothers!!
Loved it!!!
Dude just called Rex a backup singer. Used to get a nonfiltered cigarette put out on your forehead for sayin dumb sh*t. But you got your unions now...
If you was a teenager in 90,s and preen teen 80,s We are so lucky
those guys were just very good at capturing all that aggression and just going look what we can do
i was lucky enough for this to be my teenage years.
Listened to this song only recently. It's such a masterpiece, cannot get enough of it😊
I like all kinds of music but Heavy Metal is the greatest music ever made ❤
A true masterpiece
One of my favorite songs of all time. Love seeing the reactions.
much love dime
Seriously, dime. You were one of the greats!! 😎
R.I.P. Brother.. 😔
Back in the mid to late 90s I wasn’t even close to being a metalhead, but this riff always stuck in my head. As a non metalhead (back then) that says a lot.
Absolutely love this solo rest in peace dime and Vinnie
Very cool
Heavy keyboard in that song indeed
Keyboard 😅
This song is a masterpiece ❤
Dimes guitar solo is just so epic ❤
KEYBOARD!!!
I love Pantera from my teens and still rock to them now . And I miss Dimebag RIP 😢 Thanks for the reaction , shout out all the way from the south pacific 🇻🇺 .

i got to see them live once. the black sabbath/pantera in 99'. it was my first concert and my parents took me. i was 12. it was amazing. watching my dad (whos not into metal at all) stand up and cheer, there was soooooo much energy(and weed smoke lol).
that’s awesome. my first show was also Pantera, with Crowbar opening. that was back in 93 or so. saw them a couple times. they were always a fantastic show!
7:01 I wait for this :D
This song is so depressing in so many ways Dime and Vince gone like to many of our friends lives cut short
Most likely the best metal song in history and solo. Phil's voice was amazing.
Just saw these guys in ohio, bittersweet but awsome none the less!!
This era of Pantera was I feel as a transition from 80’s to 90’s.
I love that that's a high e y'all
This is anger and disapointment in yourself as music. This is a relief valve for self hatred.
I find Daily Doug having the best analysis for this one. It just absolutely confirms the cool factoid: the ultimate "1990s heavy chord progression" is indeed in the key of F# and Am.
From Dime (this song and Shattered)
to Morello (Bulls on Parade is in F#7)
to Cornell/Thayil (Rusty Cage also in F#/B)
to Slash/Stradlin (You Could Be Mine in F#/Am)
to Lalonde/Claypool (Too Many Puppies is in F#m)
Best metal band from texas from a okie. Love this song.i dug graves,i know this song.
Dimebag is the best epic and strong and unique guitarist of all time to me.
7:01 That's why you're here! 😉
One of the best metal ballads of all time! Dime, Vinnie, rest in peace! ❤
now is the music we've been listening to our entire lives cool?
Dude. , this is what I listen to when I do yard work. I listen to this stuff everyday some times other genres. I love all music I'm 60 yrs old I'm an 80s girl. Judas priest, iron maiden rush among other all pre 1985. I love my 70s disco !!!
Guy in the flat cap talks absolute waffle
I’ve always wondered if Chino drew his vocal inspiration in part from this song.
grate job
thank you
I saw em live 6 times. Found out in my bday morning dime was killled nite b4. Horrible day. Now every bday i am a lil sad still.
🤘RESPECT 🤘
DUDE!!
WHY DON'T *ANY OF THESE 'REACTORS' ADMIT HOW **PERFECT** PHIL'S VOICE WAS??
**PERFECT**!!
ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING THE MUSIC/GENRE!!!
*FUCK* PHIL BUT GOD*DAMMIT THAT DUDE BLEW IT DOWN!!!
I believe some did, the links for their full videos are in the description.
0:35 Keyboard he reckons 🤣
We miss you Dimebag.
