Great video Chef Mia ❤️ I had no idea I could poach eggs in air fryer . So egg-cited !! Love poached eggs 🥚 🥚 Thank you !!
Hi Theresa! I didn't either! Even though it's not a traditional poach, it's still such a great way to reproduce a poached style egg~ Happy cooking! -Chef Mia

thank you for this!! make some food for diabetics!!!
yummm🤩
Great video, will definitely be trying this as poached is my favorite way to have eggs. I only recently discovered that you can also make hard boiled eggs in the air fryer. It is so much easier than on a stovetop because you just set the temp and time and it's perfect and consistent every time. I had a question about your eggs in the video. What size eggs do you use and how many ounces are the ramakiens?
Hi there! Thank you for watching! We hope these recipes will be successful for you to recreate at home. Be careful handling "boiled eggs" made in the air fryers! They get very hot and may even implode, so always make sure they cool in the basket or use some sort of glove when transferring them out of the air fryer.
The eggs I used in this video are large eggs and the ramekins are 4 ounce ramekins!
Happy cooking! - Chef Mia
how do you use the machine with just the bottom bowl and not the piece over
You said 12 minutes and then changed to 10 minutes in the air fryer. Which one is it?
So how do I do this in the dual blaze? Is the time less or the same?
Hi there! For the dual blaze I suggest to make the "poached eggs" by lowering the temperature to 305F for 8 minutes. You may need to cook them a few minutes less due to the top and bottom heating elements. Hope this helps! -Chef Mia
So what is the 3 1/2 tablespoon that protects the egg from the heating element. Is it oil or water? She completely left that out.
Hi Leonor! It's a combination of both the water and the oil. As explained in the video, the oil is tp help prevent the egg from sticking to the ramekins and the water is help mimic the poaching process (by having the eggs be in water). The time stamp for this is 2:40. For more clarification, here is the link to the written recipe cosori.com/recipes/air-fryer-eggs-benedict-recipe
Hope this helps!

I missed the part about water… how much water ? When to add water ?
Hi Avo!
3.5 tablespoons of water is added into each ramekin prior to adding in the eggs. The full directions are written and posted on our website. Here is the link for easier access: cosori.com/recipes/air-fryer-eggs-benedict-recipe

Too much butter - ned to reduce OIl you Do substite?
Hi Max, could you reiterate your question please? Traditional Hollandaise sauce is made with clarified butter and egg yolks. There have been alternatives where people use yogurt but not as much with oils such as olive, canola, or etc.
Please let me know how to further assist you! -Chef Mia
Just sure Ghee
20 mins with out bread time long time to wait for egg B ,,
Hi David! 20 minutes is referring to the entire cook time for the complete dish. Not just for toasting the English muffins. The muffins only takes a few minutes to toast. You can always keep the eggs in the ramekins covered in foil to stay warm while waiting for the muffins. - Chef Mia
