Thank you from Europe where we work/cook in metric, would help if you could show conversions 'cups' into metric measurements, otherwise very good Cosori demo, thanks.
How can it be that i discovered these epic air fryers only a few days ago as a pizza lover? A pizza done in 5 mins u kidding me this is so nice. I already ordered one 🙂 The Caso Airfry Chef 1700 i think it's one of the best out there!
I really like this recipe for pizza. The crust is light and bubbles up nicely in air fryer. I have to remember first cook crust. My first attempt I cooked crust then put cheese. Second time I forgot to cook crust first so my pizza was very brown but good. I only needed about 6-8min. Just enough for one person. Nice that each person can put what toppings they want. I give recipe ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hi, I just made two pizzas and not happy with the top and bottom crusts. Your recipe is JUST what I needed to get my pizza crusts nice and crispy!! Great tip! And yes, agree the bread flour is the way to go too!! I love our Cosori. Thanks very much!
@@Thomas-p1f1u Oh thank you! Will this recipe turn out well if I double it to make one larger pizza in my oven?? I tried doubling and dough consistency did not turn out as before. Apologies re above comment, I meant to say Happy not "not" happy. Appreciate your reply!
Are the temperature and times are the same if making the pizza in the Cosori Dual Blaze. If not, could you please post the directions for Dual Blaze? Thanks!
Just found a substitute for bread flour.. finally.. trying my new dual air fryer ..one basket worked well but the other basket the color was pale.. both were crusty.. should they be so crusty before the toppings are added?
Chef, I love the way you put the dough in first to make it crisp before adding toppings. Awesome idea ! I have one question. I noticed you didn't use any fresh garlic in your sauce. Is that because you don't like Garlic ? Or because garlic will burn in the air fryer. Thanks, keep up the great work. I will definitely try your method
Hi Robby! You can definitely add garlic to your sauce it will add delicious flavor and won't burn. I didn't add it to the sauce just to keep it simple and to let the tomatoes shine, but I do love garlic:) Thank you! Best, Cosori Chef Margaret
Whoops re my comments below...I meant to type VERY happy not "not" happy with top and bottom crust sorry! I do have a question... is this recipe good if I want to double and make in my convection oven? Great recipe, thank you!
Depends on my mood. Sometimes, Pepperoni & Mushrooms. While mainly, pepperoni, mushrooms, onion's, green peppers, sausage. " White pizza, spinach, onion, cheese.
Yesterday my husband and I try your recipe and its come out super delicious with a small change we bake both side equally for 5 mints the two mint side did not bake properly.
I am going to get a Cosori Air Fryer (5.8qt). I do not have an oven and I miss making my own pizza. I did not think one could make pizza in an air fryer! What size Cosori fryer are you using in this video? However, I have no way of making my own pizza dough ((1/4 kitchen, no mixer and no room for one). Can this be done with store bought pizza dough such as Boboli or the like?
It should work, but take the crust out a few minutes early when so that it's cooked, but pale. This allows you to heat up frozen pizzas in the oven without the crust getting burnt or too browned. I make frozen pizzas for my husband and it's always turned out well with the parbake method. Ive tried to fully bake and freeze, but it just makes the crust too brown and hard later on. Not baking at all results in a soggy undercooked crust, plus cheese browning before the crust is even cooked.
Yes. You can use any kind of bread you have. Slice it into proper pieces, bake it on two sides if needed, top it and bake it. I have done this for a year now with any kind of bread. Now I will proceed to real dough and I will also try to make some square pizza's to see if this will make a benefit of the shape of my airfryer basket.
It's not rlly low on calories atleast if u use normal flour like 450 type. Alone the dough will have around 400 calories for a pizza but there are alternatives like a tortilla pizza. 1 tortilla have around only 125 kalories.. Using 2 tortillas in case u dont want a too thin pizza means the dough only has 250 calories instead of 400-500. Ur welcome.
The whole secret well not really a secret. Let your remade pizza dough sit overnight or even two days in the refrigerator. Makes it Much more flavorful, extensible and this is the way pizza dough is made!
do the double cooking, base first and topping later, is the perfect way to do the pizza at home without a proper pizza oven, you can do the same in a conventional oven but it will take much longer than airfryer... saying so, 10 minutes for resting the pizza is a crime, it will be incredible heavy to digest, the gluten is still in full fermentation... leave the main dough rest for 30min-1hr, do the ball, leave them resting for MINIMUM 2 hrs, ideally 4... ideally you put 1grams of dry yeast for litre of water, in this recipe is 5grams per less than a glass, this is why after 10minutes is already this big, but it's wrong, heavy to digest and a lot of yeast flavour that is quite unpleasent
Hoping not to sound too ignorant, but you are using an air fryer, and you did use the term "bake" a couple of times, so are we baking or air fry? I am an old guy and not much of a cook, so to all, please be gentle.
I would really liked if you put a little bit more effort into tightening these dough balls instead of leave them loos like that... it's irritating And when someone says :"I just like to ..." meaning he/she doesn't know what they're doing
Hi Lizzie! here are the measurements for the pizza dough in metric. We've been including the measurements in metric in our more recent videos:) 238 grams bread flour 3 grams granulated sugar 3.4 grams instant dry yeast 5 grams kosher salt 178 ml warm water 13 grams + 5 grams olive oil Hope this helps! -Cosori Chef Margaret
@@CookingwithCosori 238grams is basically 2 cups of flour (1 cup @120 grams), so 238 gr is accurate. I did do 210 grams for 1 3/4 cups and the dough turned out too wet at 84% hydration ratio.

You don't want to blend the tomatoes. That destroys the seed of the tomatoes wich makes the sauce more bitter
