- Alone time. 🧘♂️ We all need it, but do we actually accomplish it when we say we're going to? Sometimes, I don't.
Lexi, my partner, left for a weekend trip, leaving me behind with nothing to do, so I made the most of it. Instead of hitting up the two friends I have here, I decided to treat myself as if I was the other person I wanted to spend time with. It was with these constraints that took me on an amazing solo adventure, and helped me deepen my understanding of who Sean Oulashin is.

I'm by myself all the time and have been for a long time. living alone. Doing things alone. Doing nothing alone. And honestly it just feels normal, like nothing,maybe a bit numb in a non good way. After I got out of a toxic relationship, crashed my car and lost my job it's taken me years to rebuild my life, over five years of being alone and working stuff out. I'm still rebuilding in all honesty. It's hard, and I've kind of gone inside myself abit. Too much actually. Anyway this isn't a journal entry. But it did show me that actually being alone even for a long time does not have to suck and I need to do more exciting things I enjoy. Even tho I have no choice but to do them alone.
This has definitely made me think about how I spend my spare time. I work pretty much every day and keeping up with social life is a challenge, especially with phones and the internet being constantly connected to you. I shall try and dedicate one day, even for a few hours, to go out and be alone. It might freshen my mind I don’t know, but seeing your video I can’t see any downside plus I miss the woods. I wanna see more like this dude! More solo adventures!!!

Nice try, but why would it be a problem to feel lonely or feel anything uncomtortable? It was a weekend full of action and filming and last but not least: not to be in contact with you...
Perhaps some people find it hard to be alone in such a public place. I consider myself to be very social but people do drain me after a while. Where as some people thrive off other peoples energy, so if they’re alone or they don’t have anyone to bounce off with I can see that being a challenge.
