Heard this song today on my SiriusXM "80's" station. Was amazed at the diversity from the usual song list. Song is great of course (Holly Knight writing), but the band members are ultra top-notch. (so happens the guitar player is a friend of mine from 80's LA. Still kills it)
This song is like a forgotten dream. Haven't listened to it for decades. But its footprint was impressed somewhere deep in my soul. This week some radio station played it randomly and within seconds i got goosebumps and my mind alerted: "Wow!!! There was this great song too in the 80s!!!"...
I've tried to find HOAH on AMI and Touch Tunes jukeboxes but nothing. But wow does it pack a punch and groove without fail listening to it on a kick ass stereo system!!! 👍🏻👍🏻
Yes the 80s was the best I lived it. Songs and singers if that's what you want to call them today SUCK. THERE WILL NEVER BE SONGS LIKE THAT EVER AGAIN, so enjoy the oldies ROCK ON
I listened this song when i was 9-10 y.o. on the bobines around 1999-2000 in Ukraine. Then we bought a new modern sound system which played discs and as a result bobines were thrown away. When I became adult I tried to find this song, using some tools online but it didn’t give any results, until i tried to hum in google app which immediately gave me 20-30% match to this song. So after 20 years of trying to find it and while living in my mind, i finally found this masterpiece in October 2023.
