Speakers, Why you no work!? Honda Civic Si

For some odd reason, the only speaker that works on my car is the front driver side. Today, we about to dive in and see what's goin on up in here!

My back speakers are missing that grey plug you unplugged it’s mad wires everything i don’t know what the previous owner of my car did 😂🤦🏽‍♀️ idk how im going to replace my speakers bc it’s just a mess
