  • Testing out the new bars and stem set up at Santiago Oaks. Tuned it up a bit on the trails and bike feels a whole lot better. This new set up allows me to have more control of the bike through the turns/berms. It also sets my body position back further on the down hills, for more control and comfort. Overall bike feels more ALIVE!!
    New set up:
    Renthal Fatbar 35 carbon
    760mm length
    40mm rise
    50mm Renthal stem

I run 35mm FatBar Lites on just about everything I own and all of them are 40mm rise bars. If you have issues with your hands from trail buzz these are a really big help. Also worth mentioning they are unbelievably light. I agree that they feel great, they made all of my bikes much more comfortable. That's important for an old guy with a few bike trials related back injury issues.

Thank you. Well said I completely agree with you they are super light weight and having a high rise helps with back issues. 🤘🏾💀🤘🏾

Bwahaha yea I don’t like it either. The bars have held up amazing !! After this video I have pushed the bars harder and are holding up! I have seen some people snap them after a big jump and put weight on the bars. But all golden on my end !!! Also thanks for watching !!!🙏🏽

@@ryanandclarevlog3477 that could be it I also put a little bit of the special grease between the handle bar and stem. I’ll be taking the bike out this weekend I’ll pay attention to it if it makes any noise.
