How To Crochet A Beginner Cardigan With All The Details
Hi Sirin. This cardigan is a STUNNER. SUBLIME LOVE IT. You teach beginners to use COMMON SENSE and LOGIC. Your T shirt measurements are great. I have never tried this. I make a swatch, 10cm X 10cm and calculate according to instructions in pattern. TIME CONSUMING and the finished garment is a FLOP 😩. I sew my own clothes by drawing the outline of an old shirt or pants on paper. Then keep that as my pattern. Your measurements are amazing, NO FUSS NO GUESS. You make crocheting SIMPLE and EASY. You are a RARE PEARL in the ocean. Thanks for sharing caring and making me smile 💋. A big hug from my Newfoundland to you and your kids. 🥰🌹💖👍👍👍
Thank you so much for this pattern. I made it in white. It turned out perfect! I wish I could send you a picture! :) ❤️❤️❤️
You are a wonderful teacher!!! Thank you very much!!😊
Thank you for your explanations and the choice of your models.
Thank you so much for this easy to follow tutorial. I have started on it can't wait until it is finished. Then I am going to make a pullover using this same tutorial. Thanks again.

I made a v neck sweater that used the same principal.I found it ane easy way to do. Thanks to you I can now make a cardigan to.
Thank you very much for sharing this pattern.Just finish mine and your tutorials are so clear and easy to follow💕
Beautiful work as always!!
How clever to use a fitted shirt for the measurement. I crochet three and had to end up tearing it all out, too loose or too small.
This out came out just right on the body. Fix good and half way done.
Thank you very clear instruction.❤
So happy to read everything is going good for you 🤎
Merry Christmas and I will come back to this video and do it, beautiful colors

Thank you for showing me a wsy to crochet myself a sweater I can fit based on my measurements. You have me stitches for the back the sleeves and the front. You made it where I understand. Thank you so much. To use my own tee shirt as a guide really helps even more.

I like that I’m a beginner crochet but I’m going to try it for my granddaughter 💜
Wow that seems complicated that’s pattern for advanced crochet I never made a sweater before but I seen tons of video’s I won’t even try it maybe when I learn some more about making a simple sweater 🤦🏻♀️
Pretty! I may twist two yarns together to get Aran weight
Merry Christmas 💖

I hear a lot of birds in your video and it looks like one of your cats was calling them! 😻😇
Hi Sirin. I have just seen that you have almost 68k subs. Thanks for sharing with us your projects. I wish you unlimited creativity and inspiration. P. S. Maybe you can make a pullover top down sweater with round yoke with some ornaments-special stitches like popcorn or bubble stitch? It's only my wish 😉💜💚💛God bless you.
Merry christmas
Could you do a detailed one like this for a closed raglan sweater please. I like how you show how to measure and the calculations. Thank you
Thank you sirin
I really hope I can do this. I am good at following patterns but have never tried anything like this.
I would love a pattern though!!!
thankyou
Love the colors and I am going to make this. But what kind of other yarn can be used.? I live in Florida . Also I am retired and on a budget. Please help. Thanks
Great tutorial (as usual) and I adore the colors. So if I wanted to make this a pullover, no front opening, I can just keep going in rounds, right?
Did you make this as a pullover? Can you post a picture please?
Kate Pacholl I did, I already gave it away but when you’re making the starting chain just connect it with a slip stitch, making sure you don’t twist the chain. Continue crocheting as the tutorial shows. Once you get to the point of making the armholes, just continue going in rounds instead of row by row. It’s up to you, you can either slip stitch and just continue in rounds or, after each slip stitch, turn your work and go in the opposite direction. The latter makes it so that there’s not an obvious line at the point you slip stitched. I hope this helped! Stay safe and healthy! 💜🙏💜

I love your work very much🤗

With this method work for and size yarn and hook and for any size garment? Also can I use single crochets
Tabiiii yetişkin beden olursa oh oh

hi! how can i do this cardigan if i dont have measures? my niece is 2 years pleaaaaaaseee
Ben bunu türkçede istiyoruuuuıuuumm😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
Is it for a baby or for adult?
Top down v shape cardigan please ❤️❤️
Is there a written pattern?
I made it!! I secretly was hoping one of your Kitties would eat those annoying birds. I love my cardigan 😃
Brilliant! But how to calculate how many yards for the sweater, based on bust measurement? You can’t know until you’ve got the sleeves marked and go into the body. She never talks about yardage! Many patterns say about 1100 yds for xl, which would be about 44” bust. Otherwise, great tutorial.
I’ve Redone this first 5mins 6 times today I’m cryingggg I’m using bulky 6 weight yarn and i don’t know how to make it work for me😭 it’s becoming too narrow
What size is it
Does the chain for the neck need to be an even number? Thank you and merry Christmas!
No,it doesn't. For example:front panels 2x10, armhole 2x16, back 19.
I am so confused
Merry christmas
