The fact they brainstormed this as a good idea is hilarious. “Well we’ve tried spoiling paintings to raise awareness, glued ourselves to the road and generally gotten in the way but so far it hasn’t really sent the right message. I know, let’s throw orange chalk on a snooker table!! Eureka!!”

It's this that annoys me. What do they think will happen? Is it a sort of blackmail - "if we don't give in to their demands this will keep happening, so we'd better give in?". All that's happening is people hate them, whether it's snooker fans or people stuck in the traffic they cause (including at one time a woman trying to get to their mother's funeral who missed it because of their antics).

well certainly entertaining aside from the complete
    psychotic idiocy .
WTFdid they accomplish by doing that other than a trip to jail.

Media attention. They don't care even one bit about stopping climate change, only about the THOUGHT that they actually did something about climate change

I wonder if they're still in jail.

That's why they are funded by oil and gas companies, because they want climate change action to be discredited. You don't have to dig very deep to see who is behind these actions.
