its probably hard on the suspension with high speed impacts but not as hard as any serious downhill race with jumps, rock gardens, corners, powerful braking, that make full use of the travel and generate a lot of torsional stress I bet suspensions have a specific tuning for very high frequency, probably relatively soft with very little damping to filter high freeuancies. frame is pretty isolated it looks very stable, so relatively low stress. the rims, spokes, tires, hub bearings, axles etc are doing all the heavy lifting.
